La ubicación ideal , pleno centro , todo muy cerquita
La habitación olía humo, los cojines y colcha no olían a limpio, las sabanas si.

Room met expectations. Great location and was easy to access the room with checkin instructions.
4.5 / 5.0
The location is excellent, the room was very quiet to sleep and had a nice view.
The bed was a bit too narrow, the towels are too old and the shower too small.

it was spotlessly clean and fairly spacious with a beautiful view and armchair. The room was secure and quiet.
The mattress was very firm so a little uncomfortable but manageable.

Cleanliness
I booked 3 nights. When I tried to get into the hotel on the second day, my card didn't work. Fortunately, the front door wasn't locked and I spoke with someone who was cleaning the room. She managed to update the card. However, there is usually no one in reception, so I could have been stuck outside, especially if it were late at night.

Location is great just behind cathetral. No reception but check in is easy using code. Lockers avaliable before check in times . Staff helpful and responsive should you need any help. 10 mins to alcazar and aqueduct. Near jewish quarters. Bed ok.
Arrived very early and allowed to check in. Thank you

Great location. Clean. Very quiet.
Bed was uncomfortable.

Great localization - just next to cathedral. Very fast check-in with using special letter box. Room was clean, there was very useful heating equipment (inside bathroom as well).
Sleeping mattress was uncomfortable. There was a big problem with using leaky shower - after just few minutes showering a lot of water flewing on the floor (both bathroom floor and room floor), so it was very annoying.

The hotel’s location is fantastic - right behind the cathedral in the historic section of the city.
1. We received an online questionnaire to answer in order to check in to the hotel prior to 4 pm on the day of arrival. We filled it out completely and when we got to the last step (signing the form), the form would not “send”. We could not submit it. We tried 2 or 3 times. Thus, we decided to check in in person upon arrival. The strangest thing is that the front entrance of the hospedaje has to have at least 5 different doorbells, with no indication as to which doorbell rings Reception. I tried them all. Finally, other hotel clients were emerging from the hospedaje, and we were able to grab hold of the door. At the same time, I called the phone number for the hospedaje and talked to a man who told us to enter and ring the bell inside for reception. When we did, the Reception door was closed, but had a strange ringing, vibrating bell that I pushed. We realized that the man who answered was the same man who answered the phone when I called. Why he couldn’t have come out and just greeted us is beyond me. He then asked why we hadn’t answered a WhatsApp message he sent. I replied that we use my phone as a GPS (WAZE) and had been driving for 6 hours. I hadn’t checked my phone. He checked us in and gave us our keys, etc.
2. The bathroom was very clean; however, the rust-colored bedspread has a very “suspicious“ stain right “dead center”. Not enticing to sit on the bed at all - or sleep in it. I had read most all of the customer reviews for the hotel, and they were very good. That’s why we chose it. In retrospect, I wish I had gone a little further back and seen a couple of reviews about the “V” mattress. My husband and I spent the night sliding down the bed into the center because the mattress was sagging so much. It’s a shame that for the price of replacing a lousy mattress and a little care in replacing dirty bedding, I had to give a poor review. And it’s a good thing I waited to write the review because I was livid after a horrible night’s sleep.

Great location, helpful staff, you can leave your luggage after check-out.
No soundproofing - you can hear every noise from the other rooms. Rooms can get hot without air conditioning.

The room was nice for a day of stay, just to sleep and shower. Highly recommended. The location was not bad. The staff was wonderfully awesome, kind and always available if you needed something.
All in all, i would recommend the place.
The beds were awfully small and at time it felt like sliding one of the side, like they were not flat.
The bathrooms comes with plastic bags for shampoo and shower gel. However, they were incredibly hard to open (especially under the shower), there was no conditioner and in general they are not environmentally friendly, I’d expect a dispenser at this point in time.

Perfect Location, really downtown
Very easy for cheching- in
Small bed for a couple 135cm, mattress too soft. Also only 1 pillow.
Rooms a little bit small and narrow.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Amazing location! Step outside the main door and the monastery is right there! Quite at night. Clean and simple rooms. Incredible price!
The room smelled of smoke. But I just opened the window to air the room out. They have a sign that says no smoking but having people follow it is another story.
