Beach access, nice owner
No sea view from the studio.
After a round trip in French Polynesia and having stayed on 8 accommodations of similar category, it was the first time there was no mosquito net nor any powered repellant offered in the lodge. Spirals were forbidden because of the risk of fire. In the other lodges such products were offered, even the spirals. This yielded to a lower comfort with plenty of mosquitoes especially during a rainy stay.
No warm water during rainy days.

I want to keep secret this place and how good it is but have to be honest. The hosts take great care of each guest, after staying in a “plush” big name hotel in Fa’a where guests are herded like cattle this was a refreshing change. The nearby lagoon was breathtaking, more amazing than expected. I was better able to get over work stress on this stay. There is a supermarket in walking distance and some other eateries I wish I’d had more time to try. Another cool black sand beach around the corner too. The breakfast offered looked amazing but I brought too much of my food to prepare so will have to try next time!!!

Fantastic family destination. Spectacular reef immediately in front of lodge. Perfect position between Papeete and Tahiti iti, so many things to do from this lodge as we hired a car. Great welcome from Alexy & Lovina, informative and very helpful hosts, nothing was a problem, always ready to assist us with their contacts. We especially enjoyed our dinner at Manomano, and incredible sunsets drinks. Loved every minute!
Cannot fault the property for what we wanted…the local shops catered for all our food needs. We love cooking and the accommodation was suitable for this. In reality, we had no problems.

Just a spectacular location. The cabin was comfortable and spacious and the property itself is ideal for relaxing and snorkeling, with some good beaches nearby too. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.

Very relaxed atmosphere, very approachable staff with Alexy and Lovinia . magnificent snorkelling straight off the beach, large colourful coral sculptures, abundant fish, and having the llagoon to yourself. No tourist hype.

We enjoyed the mellow space. The food available at the location was incredible, though we had prepared to make our own meals. The kitchen space was great. Lighting good and seating and bedding were great.
The price for beach toys, kayaks, surfboards etc. It was higher than we found in other places. Not a evidently available common space to meet new people.

Location was perfect. Alex was a kind host who provided information on snorkeling. Having the snorkeling equipment onsite was a bonus
AC would have really nice but the fans did a good job

Breakfast and dinner served at the lodge were excellent. I loved having a reef for snorkeling out in the lagoon, steps away from my bungalow. Alexi lead a great turtle viewing. Everything so easy, great staff! Sunset off the beach, awesome!

Laid back place with a surfer vibe. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bungalows are right on the beach.
Screens on the windows.

It’s affordable, has great relaxed seating right on the beach (with and without shade), and the BEST snorkeling — absolutely unreal reefs, clear visibility, and beautiful black sand with striking white coral washed up. The accommodations are basic with mediocre comfort, but it’s a great value and the property itself is fantastic for the first few nights of an adventurous trip in Tahiti.
We oddly had a bathing suit stolen from our outdoor drying rack (as did the couple next door to us). The owner said it was the first time that had happened and filed a police report.

Location was great. The owner was working on a dining area to make meals available. We hope to return and find it available the next time. The snorkeling was challenging, with strong currents due to big surf breaking on the reef. My husband enjoyed drifting over the coral and watching various sealife. it was easy to find, signage was easy to follow. the room was comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. A few things that were needed were supplied by the owner when requested.

Gorgeous lagoon for snorkeling. Peaceful setting too.
Bumpy Road going in but was fine in our little rental car.

Right by the beach and coral reefs.
You can go snorkeling from the private beach by the Lodge.
Also great surfing and swimming on black sand beach walking distance. Beautiful sunset!
Very warm host and staff. An amazing experience!
