Good price-quality ratio.

Mostly everything important was good. We had parking, which is very important in an area where it is difficult to find a parking space.

The room was not cleaned during our stay, which would not have been a problem if we had at least had a vacuum cleaner.

All in all it was good.

It was close to the beach, and it had a closed parking lot.

You had to pay for parking, and it was difficult to open the garage door, and it was quite expensive... But my car parked in a closed guarded garage so it had it own benefit. The internet connection was poor.

we came later in the evening. password for wifi was available only next day upon request. mattresses were over some years ago. sand on the floor.

Superb

Good location, a few minutes walk from the beach. As it is a bit farer from the heart of Sunny Beach, the shops, bars and so, it is not noisy. I recommend it for the ones who prefer relaxing holidays.

The kitchen could be a bit more equiped.

I would say that this is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It was cleaned every day when we were there. We had 2 x 2 bed apartments for our family on the same floor. The apartments were very comfortable and spacious and had everything you needed. The pool was clean and very quiet, we almost had it to ourselves for the 2 weeks we were there! There is a bit of a slope up the road to negotiate but not to bad. There is a small shop at the bottom of the road and the beach is about 10 minutes away and near the mini train stop. If you like a snack or meal there are the dolphin beach restaurant and opposite a guy who prepares the best whitebait and other fish in a tempura batter with a beer or other drinks which is very cheap and tasty. There is also a small bakery near by. A fabulous place to stay for a vacation!!!

Quality of furniture. My apartment had windows oriented to north, the temperature inside was perfect without using the AC. The apartments at last floor and with sea view needs AC most of the time. Wifi was good.

Hello, The parking place is underground and should be reserved in advance. The street is small, there is not enough space for cars.

the rooms and the furniture are clean. In fact, the entire appartment was clean, the kitchen, the bathroom, no unplasant smells - the garbage is taken every day - there are individual beds. We were 4 persons and had 4 beds, beside the sofa from the living

the mattresses are not very good, you can feel the springs and they are unstable, creating an unpleasant sensation - the elevator seems to be broken, is slow, small and dangerous. We were stuck with the children for more than 30 minutes in a very high heat, so that the next days, including the leaving, we only used the stairs up to the 4th floor - the walls are quite thin and you can hear any noise from the neighbors or from the hallway - the shower cabin is very small, I couldn't wash without hitting the walls or the water tap - i couldnt park the car in the undergroung parking (not enough places, even if the parking costs 12 leva/day), so i had to park in front, on a very narrow street - the receptionist speaks english pretty hard

Location is a few minutes walking from the beach. The beach near is not so populated so our vacation was perfect. It is situated in a quiet area. There is a parking place available with extra costs. The pool was clean and almost empty.
