Great option to staying in Geneva

It was close to all sorts of amenities, such as a launderette on the next block, plenty of eating places, and 2 blocks from the train station.

The closest supermarket is quite far away, and the area can sometimes be rather loud in the evening.

je dirais que pour une nuit, ça va très bien et le rapport qualité prix y était

le personnel, le petit déjeuner,le confort de la literie

l'emplacement. ( très bruyant impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Sinon on ne peut pas dormir à cause du vacarme des gens autour de l'hôtel).

Gare aux bruits de la rue !

Proximité de la gare et des commerces. Le personnel disponible pour nous changer de chambre

Le bruit tard dans la nuit, jusque 2h00, puis les balayeuses à 6h00, dans les chambres côté rue.

Très bien placé, fonctionnel, magasins et restaurants juste à côté, super bon point

Personnel était très gentil

ne pas pouvoir joindre la réception quand j'en ai eu besoin beaucoup de travaux autours (c'est pas votre faute c'est clair), j'aurais apprécié qu'on me le fasse remarquer et surtout qu'on m'informe qu'il y avait un parking couvert pas très loin, j'ai tourné longtemps avant de le trouver

Good for a short stay only

The location is very convenient, a 5 mins walk from the Annemasse station which is easily connected to Geneva. The staff was very helpful, even though they don't speak English. The room was decent.

There are no mini refrigerators in the room. The breakfast spread is the same for all the days which is a bit monotonous. They do not have laundry facilities.

Op zich prima kamer, ruim en in de omgeving veel eetgelegenheden, ontbijt was uitgebreid

Dat je niet eens je Google Chrome kon aansluiten op de tv zodat je avonds wat normale tv kon kijken, Netflix werkte ook niet, navraag gedaan bij personeel en blijkt dat het hotel dit uitgeschakeld heeft, in deze tijd belachelijk. Waren er voor werk en dan is ontspanning belangrijk en dat was er niet in de omgeving, het is niet echt een nette veilige omgeving en dan had het fijn geweest om een goede serie te kunnen kijken in plaats van enkel nagesynchroniseerde Franse tv!

Afterward I did enjoyed the location, but nothing yo be fancy about the place is quiet for relax.

There’s no service after 21h which is nightmare because in my first day I didn’t get to checking on time, the customer service were bad, nobody to help I were in the country where I don’t know anybody. I had to go for 2 nights in another hotel more expensive.. because it later requested..

The location was very good and the staff was excellent. Specially the breakfast was excellent.

The location is good, easily going to Geneva in a 15 min train or 30 min tram. The terrace was nice and the AC was also very good

They didn't really take about the bathroom cleanness, It seemed clean but was smelly. Also they didn't change the wet towels and they made the beds very roughly. Also they close the first floor, reception and terrace at 11 pm so after that time you can't use the common areas

Close to restaurants, comfortable bed, hot shower. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Needs maintenance - bathroom sink didn't drain, cracked window etc - and a thorough clean - mould in bathroom, piece of glass or plastic on floor.

Good price, clean and comfortable - ideal for short stayover near the train station

The hotel is in a great location near to the train station in Annemasse. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms are simply furnished but very clean had everything you'd expect. Only a short journey from Geneva, the hotel was perfect for a reasonably priced one night stay so I could catch an early train the following morning.

Some areas were quite dirty - window and window sill, corners in the room and bathroom. The shower had a clogged drain which made showering a pretty unpleasant experience.

Excellent room, incredible Italian shower 🚿. Perfect confort, tv channels , huge spaces. Very nice breakfast.

Evening dîner to be performed. No choice, very small offer. The food around the hotel is very low class.

Short Train/Tram Ride To Geneva

Good location for Geneva

Room too warm, they only switch air con on in summer. With the central location it was sometimes a bit noisy, sirens, car horns and shouting. Room had an unpleasant odour aswell as smelling of stale cigarette smoke. Two of the coat hangers were dirty. Bathroom items not readily replaced.

Worth the cheap price, but no more.

Good location. Quite late check out.

I was charged a tax upon arrival even though it said in my reservation that this had been already paid by Booking.com. The room was not clean. There were few towels and they were dirty.

NOT RECOMMEND!!! This has never happened to me in any hotel, I was ROBBED.

NOT RECOMMEND!!! This has never happened to me in any hotel, I was ROBBED. I left my things in the storage room and when I returned, one precious thing simply was stolen. The staff showed no interest or willingness to help find the lost item. I have been writing emails and calling to manager of hotel for weeks to get some compensation and solve somehow this unpleasant situation, unfortunately I did not get any answer. What happened is shameful and I warn everyone not to stay in this place unless you want to lose your belongings.

The location is fantastic, close to everything and very close to transport into Geneva. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping centre.

Tea/Coffee hadn't been refilled, Room smelled of smoke. Run down and needs a face-lift but for the price for a couple of nights it is OK.

Very enjoyable!

The room was excellent value for money, was cleaned regularly, had plenty of plug sockets, and a good shower with plenty of soap. The hotel is located very close both to the station and many nearby restaurants, cafés, fastfood places and shops, which is highly convenient.

The breakfast was very good, and excellent value for money. However, I felt there could have been more plant-based options - I enjoyed the eggs, bread, pastry and cheese, but would have appreciated a few more fruits and vegetables. Only a minor suggestion, though!
