Bad, don't go there.

The location was the only great advantage of the hotel - it's almost in front of the port (not the beach) and at a walking distance from the city historic center.

So many things, it was a nightmare! The room was very tiny, like a broom-closet. It stank humidity that you can see in the bottom corners of the room: totally not recommended for people with asthma or allergies. There was a light censor, supposed to lighten the room up when you get through the door. But it had a dysfunction: it kept turning on the off on its own when I was sleeping (or trying to). It made an unbearable "click" every time it changed state. The walls were very thin so I could hear when people were talking, having a shower, or... snoring. Last but not least, the toilets were dirty, like nobody cleaned them after the last guest left. I think I had the WORST experience ever in this hotel.

Nice hotel

The room is nice but too small. The location is great. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Good breakfast. The lady at reception very kind also.

Our room was too wet. I think it was because of heat and outside humidity together…but the floor in the room was wet. The lift very very slow. Payment parking all around.

Central location with very good staff and breakfast

The hotel looks new and is located in a central and convenient location. The staff was extremely helpful and provided support upon arrival and throughout the stay. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and with products of high quality.

The single room was really really small.

Very helpful staff. Gave me a map of Trapani and tips on transport and restaurants. The room was very small but clean and modern. Good shower and air con. Breakfast was a good selection and they provided soya milk and green tea.

Room was a little small and the walls were thin so sound travelled from the other rooms very easily.

Nice hotel to stay in

A small hotel located in a good place. The room was neat and clean. And the staff was welcoming.

The room size is tiny. And the breakfast was pretty dry and not varied.

Very good

Bed was very comfortable. Room was nicely appointed. Breakfast service was good and the staff were very friendly. The location was good for access to Trapani itself as well as visits to nearby areas. The balcony was great for laundry hanging.

The shower had a bit of mold growing in it and the shower pan leaked onto the tile floor with each use. Seemed to be a lack of caulking.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in great location.

We loved our rooms, comfy bed, large patio, location and staff. Breakfast had a variety of items. We parked on the street near the hotel and paid meter.

The wifi is an issue. We were on 3rd and 4th floors and it would go in and out. It worked well in the dining area.

we went to see the Paleolithic cave dei Genovesi but we were pleasently surprised by the cute downtown Trapani

Passable

It was very nice to have a kettle in the room so we can make some tea. The breakfast was good, sweet pastry was delicious.

The room in general, it was so small and dark.

Perfect location, comfy room and friendly staff.

We had a room with a terrace. Room was modern and comfortable. I was contacted the day before to confirm my check in time. All staff were friendly but we need to give a special mention to Speranza. Speranza always had a smile on her face (no matter the time of day) and was very helpful. Location perfect as it is close to the old town and right opposite the port where all the excursions depart from.

If there was something that bugged us was the slowness of the elevator. It's faster to go up or down with the stairs.

Clean and nice accommodation close to the harbor.

Photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality, facility is not very new and room (even the deluxe one) is very small.

It was a nice break it was shame a lot of the museums were closed

Breakfast was not brilliant but acceptable could have been a bit more generous with coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was situated very close to bars and restaurants.

The lift could have worked a bit quicker it was very slow. No coffee in the room only tea.

Close and comfortable

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well all sorts of fresh sweets and even eggs with meats and cheeses. The room was very nice and clean with a comfortable mattress. It is also super close to the ferry for Favigana and lots of restaurants nearby.

The only downside was the elevator is super slow but the stairs aren’t too bad and it’s good exercise.
