Friendly and homely atmosphere in the hotel. Excellent quality food. Staff were very friendly and relaxed.
The area is beautiful.. even in the pouring rain and its a great base for touring.
The mattresses need an upgrade.

Overall I found the staff excellent, fantastic customer service skills. Location is beautiful. Breakfast was superb.
Bathroom could do with refurbishment, there was a very high standard in cleanliness and bathroom was definitely spotless however, the worn decor (tiles) did not reflect this.
4.5
Food and Staff kindness
Beds not very comfortable..
No air conditioning (given good weather at min) but otherwise fine

This is a very friendly family run hotel - now third generation with the Grandson of the original owner now in charge. Very friendly receptionist, whose name I have forgotten but she gives an excellent welcome. Well position on the Wild Atlantic Coast and ideal for exploring the region
for me personally the meals were much to large but looking at many of the other guests, it was just what they wanted!!!

I liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely.
It was very noisy due to extracters outside the window.Only that I had very good ear plugs with me I wouldn't have been able to sleep.

Great food and lovely and friendly staff.
You get what you pay for . Dated decor.
Old linen. Cracked bathroom tiles. The sign indoors says “budget accommodation” which is exactly what it is .. a warm bed to sleep at an affordable price .

Great location for Errigal and Tory Island ferry. Friendly staff. Good bar downstairs. Lovely room.
The bathrooms could do with an update as our shower didn't really work during peak times and was very hot.

Great staff...food was brillianr....good entertainment... good value for the money...good stopping place for exploring countryside around ot
The room was a little bit dated....during the night there was a noise like someone using a hoover happened 3 or 4 times.
4.5
Booked late in the day while on the road and arrived late at night, so we didn't spend much time at the property. Bed was comfy, room was clean and most surprising was how quiet it was considering a band was playing in the bar and a céilí dance gathering was taking place in the event space. We were on the second floor and didn't hear a sound.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful.
Nothing not to like. Older property but in great shape.
