A Roman Gem

The location is only a couple of minutes from the Pantheon. You are in walking distance of many points of historical points of interest. The value for money and location you get is fantastic. The communication between myself the owner and his son was all very positive throughout my stay and they truly made me feel very welcome. I would recommend anyone visiting Rome to see if this accomodation is available. A true Gem of a place.

Fantastic

The apartment was lovely, fully equipped although we didn’t use the kitchen much as just outside there are bars and restaurants galore! The location is perfect for all of Romes attractions and we walked everywhere. The host was great and made sure we were welcome. A really lovely short stay in Rome and we would definitely visit again.

Beautiful and spacious place in great location with easy walking access to major sights.

It was a fantastic location and the owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Worked well enough for our family of 5 for a few nights!

There was a fairly strong sewage smell in the bathrooms - might just be old pipes in a historic building.

Great place, great hosts, would stay there again

Wonderful location. Host lives in the same building and was very helpful with recommendations. Easy access to cafe’s and main sites. Flat felt clean and beds were comfy

It is a charming old building. With that, it seems the back bathroom had some smells coming from the drains.

Clean and spacious apartment, central location and fantastic host

A clean and spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. The location is superb, we travelled to all the Roman sites via foot. The apartment is in a quiet little street yet you are amongst the lively streets filled with restaurants, gelaterias and cafes in less that 1 minute!! Roberto was a wonderful host who was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place to stay

Great location. Go out of building walk about 100 feet and you in a very livelyl ocation right near Pantheon. Very good communication with owner. Comfortable place to stay with more than enough room for a family of 4. I would stay here again for sure.

Water pressure was very low and temperature of water would change from cold to hot and back to cold etc without changing temp

Perfect Apartment for a week in Rome

Perfect location to discover Rome. The apartment is spacious, clean with good facilities. The air conditioners were really appreciated as Rome is usually hot and very unpleasant in August. Easy communication with owner, easy check-in process.

Centric apartment to discover Rome

Very close to piazza Navona and Pantheon, the apartment is in a perfect location to discover Rome at a walking distance to the main places. The apartment is renewed in an old charmy building and is very comfortable and clean.

As it is an old building, there is no elevator for a 2nd floor (similar to a 3rd in modern buildings). and the water pressure a bit low.

location excellent Roberto was excellent and helped us arrange transport to and from airport via Carmela

electrical wall sockets were 3 prongs with only 1 adapter air conditioning in living room didn’t work

Great host, perfect location, wonderful stay - thank you!

Amazing location - so close to the Pantheon, restaurants, shops etc yet down a very quiet street with no traffic or other city noise. Roberto was an amazing host. Our first flight was cancelled and our second flight delayed very badly but he stayed up late into the night to ensure we could check in. There was a small problem with the plug in the sink later in the week and he fixed it straight away. The flat is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay (two adults and two young children) including for preparing meals in the flat when the children were tired.

It was all perfect for us!

Exceptional

Roberto's flat is very well located in the historical centre of Rome. Almost all major attractions can be reached in less than 20 minutes walking. It is well furnished and spacious for a family or friends. Roberto also gave us valuable information for our stay.

At home in Rome

Owner's kindness, Big apartment, clean, two bathrooms furnished with dish washer and washing machine (and even the detergents to use them), toast machine, oven, pots and whatever you need to cook and wash clothes at home. Location is in the centre (attached to Montecitorio and gelateria Giolitti.) Overall we couldn't expect anything better!!

Lovely spacious apartment in central Rome with a great host

Excellent location with terrific cafes & restaurants in the area and extremely close to all key sightseeing attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious - the additional bathroom was a bonus for our family with 2 teenagers! Roberto was a terrific host, who met us on arrival and shared some great tips for eateries & navigating Rome. The other bonus was proximity to Rome's best gelato which was within a 2 min walk of the apartment!

The building doesn't have a lift being in historical central Rome so there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. So, this may not be ideal for some travelers but this wasn't a problem for us.
