Friendly and helpful staff. cooked our fish we caught that day and it was amazing. Poolside dinner the night before was very romantic and the food was excellent
maintenance is sometimes lacking.

We wanted a quiet, relaxed get away and this spot was perfect.

The restaurant on site was good. The manager Felipe and his staff were friendly and mostly helpful. The location worked well. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance, one of them being exceptional. The walk to the beach was pleasant and you have the beach to yourselves. Loved that.
We stayed for 9 days and the room we stayed in had a real problem with the smell of sewage backup that was terrible. We told the staff that we wanted to change rooms but they said that the hotel was fully booked and it wasn't possible. The smell in the bathroom was really bad at night. The room was #5 and I hope they get it fixed.

Great place! good restaurant and a few other restaurants nearby that we tried. We took the unpaved road to the snorkeling area - by punta pescadero. bring your own mask and snorkel. We borrowed plates and cutlery from the restaurant to have our own fruit and yoghurt in the morning. We also borrowed wine glasses. They had coffee kits for the coffee machine.
Make sure you drive there during the daylight hours!
It could have had an extra table or two - or somewhere to put luggage/stuff. The curtains need replacing, the room is a bit sparse. There is only a microwave as a 'cooking' option.

it’s a great place to stay. Everything was amazing!

Well-designed, both rooms had sliding doors to the wide deck that faced the ocean. Nice pool, great roof deck with 360 degree view. Star viewing at night!
Although the apt. had a small kitchenette, no service implements were provided beyond coffee cups: not a spoon, glass, plate, nothing. Drinking water was not made available beyond a couple plastic bottles. Room was not made up during our stay, management was generally inattentive. Location was very remote, there was little in the way of nearby restaurant opportunities beyond the hotel restaurant.

the room and the staff.
the roosters side to the rooms .

Beautiful and undeveloped area. Beach access nearby.
Don't let them stick you with room #1 . All the other room face the ocean and have better privacy. Room 1 faces the side neighbor, he kept a close eye on me , for entertainment I guess. The real problem is that this room is located directly over the outdoor dining area. Sitting on the terrace is like being in the restaurant. Worse, they use a wood fire for lots of the cooking , which is quaint but the wood smoke goes right up and into the room if the windows are open. Filling the room with cancer-causing toxic smoke! Are you kidding me?! Awful. A/c wouldn't work so I had to leave until dinner service was over. Older rooms in need of rehab.

It was spacious and clean. The room was huge and it was convenient having a fridge and sink. Loved the room’s balcony and pool area.
It is very secluded from everything which was great but there are not a lot of options for restaurants, etc. Make sure you have a car, otherwise this wouldn’t work very well.

Breakfast was delicious and the service very friendly.
The only downside at all was the roosters crowing most of the night.

The property is lovely! The plants and the landscaping create a beautiful ambiance, both outside the hotel and in the restaurant dining area. The staff were very kind and helpful! The room was lovely, the balcony was perfect. I only wish we would've had a longer stay here, so we could've enjoyed the rooftop area, which is beautifully lit at night! They even offered to build us a fire and serve us dinner up there. Next time!!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Meals at the hotel were delicious and very reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
