Hôtel idéalement situé pour aller se détendre aux thermes.

Très bon accueil. La gentillesse et la serviabilité de Sébastian et de tous les autres membres du personnel. Petit déjeuner super.

A wonderful hotel in the nature to rest properly.

The hotel is surrounding by nature, the garden is amazing with a river passing through. We had the superior room which was giant and super nice!

Peaceful stay

Lovely staff, especially Sebastian who is so kind and helpful and good with English. Beautiful nature around, peaceful location.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, it gave me back pain. Location was far from everything so would recommend having your own transport. Room quite small and we felt cold at night. Breakfast is limited.

Ok, but didn't match the expectations created by the pictures on Booking.

The garden and the main house are lovely. The staff is very helpful and the traditional breakfast served is tasty. My favourite part was the flower nursery next to the spa.

The pictures on Booking showed bigger rooms, but those are pictures of the bungalows. The room we got were very small, the bathroom is tiny and the steps to access are very tricky. Also the room had only one small window. The hotel is next to the road on the way to Santa Rosa Thermals, its impossible to walk outside the property.

Nice hotel with relaxing view

Calm and relaxing room with friendly staff.

Pillows were really compact and tall, tough for neck and sleeping on the back. Bed was very hard but I had no problem with it.

Wonderful place

Wonderful place with amazing staff. I really recommend this hotel. High level of customer service with so relaxing atmosphere. If you really would like to enjoy a quiet place with amazing breakfast, so just a book this hotel and never regret of your choice.

Very nice and helpful staff. They helped us to call a taxi for our trip to the airport.

The rooms are in general too small. The bed was also a bit small than expected and there is no space in the bathroom to put your cleaning products. They also only had a kind of very liquid soap (for both shower gel and shampoo)

Beautiful view, lovely staff, delicious breakfast

The property is beautiful, with a nice view, a river passing by, well kept and kind and attentive staff. The room was simple but with everything I needed, hot shower that lasted, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, served in the balcony with amazing view. I would return, thank you guys!

The room didn't have much natural light, just a wooden window on the door.

Oasis outside of Santa Rose de Cabal.

The location is absolutely fabulous. The termales de Santa Rosal are just up the road. Even though it's on the main road, rooms face lush gardens and a flowing stream. There are many birds on the property too. Our room was very private and comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we stayed more. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. The really think Hotel Visperas is your best option for staying in this area.

Peaceful, comfortable stay near Termales de Santa Rosa

Very peaceful and well designed abode in Santa Rosa de Cabal. Nice to stay out in nature, close to the Termales. Easy to get to by car but I would advise having a car to get around with greater ease. They also helped make reservations at the Termales (the website wasn't working for me) as well as set up a hike with a local guide.

The wifi was a bit spotty, but that seemed to be true of the entire area, not just the hotel. Just something to keep in mind for travelers if they *need* strong connection.

Best service-oriented hotel I have stayed at in Colombia

All of the staff members (literally everyone) are very nice and attentive like I haven't experienced anywhere else in Colombia. They gave us very helpful information before arrival, made us wonderful vegan breakfast, helped us organise tours, prepared us dinner although we were late and just made us feel like at home. Everything seems very harmonic, they seem to be working really well as a team and enjoying what they do. It's really one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Colombia and in terms of service THE best.

There is really nothing to complain about, but it's a little bit cold there (quite colder than in the pueblo of Santa Rosa) and many facilities are outside, so bring some warm clothes.

Paradise for rest with thermal waters 10 minutes from the hotel

The hotel is located in a rest area and pure landscape. It has 2 types of economic rooms, and cabins, if you don't want to spend too much, the economic one is a good option considering that the rooms and bathrooms are small. It is a very good rest hotel to disconnect from the mobile phone and the big city.

gorgeous property. lush with plants and a beautiful view of the landscape. staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. pretty close to the hot springs too.
