A smelly huge disappointment.
The beaches and the location were idyllic - just amazing, the kangaroos the most friendly I have seen and even though it was mild weather, the water temperature and calmness was just amazing. One of the staff members we interacted with was fabulous. Two out of the three meals at bistro were also absolutely fabulous and on par with great food anywhere (yummy breakfasts, great burgers) - the third was underdone but was quickly addressed when raised.
We arrived after hours on Friday - and there had been a power outage (not anyone's fault!) but that meant the gates weren't working and the maintenance staff were harried. Although there was a reception staff member onsite, they were off duty and when we discovered that we had no water, there was no answer to the after hours number. We located the maintenance staff who were able to get the water going, but not the filter which meant super smelly water. The reception staff member was not around to move us - so we had to stay - and we too stunk with the quick showers we had. The staff member at reception the following morning was lovely - she moved us, gave us free drinks and refunded the stay - which was appreciated. She did say that the manager would call also - which has not happened yet. I have since found out the water issue is a recurring problem with the resort - which a massive shame given how amazing the location and the rest of the facilities were.

Sunrise delight
Location was simply stunning, paradise and Amber in reception was a delight. The beach house is amazing, a real home away from home and the view is spectacular, sunrises over the beach from your own porch while watching dolphins play is soo magical.
The only small issue we had was the water didn't smell very nice in bathroom.

Looking forward to another stay.
It didn’t matter how many people were there you can find your own spot away from everything. Great facilities. Friendly wildlife. Happy and safe place for kids to free range on the pushies.
Nothing. Planning next stay already.

Beautiful location right on beach, very comfortable cabin, but no action on animal safety
location by the beach, right oiut of the front door. The kangaroos grazing outside my front door and the bird life.
Urgent need to STOP people feeding the kangaroos and the birds. We saw so, so, many guests feeding the roos and the birds. This will KILL the roos and the birds. They have signs, but people ignore/dont see them. Staff are needed to be walking around the resort in the morning and the evening when the roos are out, and politely advise guest not to feed the animals. Its a DISGRACE they way guests are allowed to effectively kill the animals.

Great weekend away with kids.
Location on beach and in national park was great. Kids Club was open and had great activities to keep them entertained and have a break from playing on the beach/swimming in the pool/ riding scooters.
