The location was nice and the staff were nice
They provided a nice breakfast pack as we had to leave early in the morning
I stayed over on a Wednesday night.
No globes working in the bedside lamps
The bathroom door key was not working
Dustbin by the coffee station had not been emptied
No garden lights in front of the unit were working and it was a fairly long, dark path far from the car
TV and DSTV - not working
ALL facilities locked down and closed by 15h30 in the afternoon. I could not use the bar/lounge as it was all locked

I am not sure why you don’t do a breakfast over weekends?
Breakfast would be better

Spacious modern, with views to die for. Bush city vibes. Everything you need is catered for. Underfloor hitting in the bedrooms. Fire place in the main living area. Ample Firewood provided for.

Beautiful location, tranquil, private and peaceful. Lovely walk. Felt safe and comfortable.
General cleanliness- walls, carpets and lounge furniture were dirty. A challenge to drive to in the rain due to the muddy dirt road.
Need better pictures on the website/ of different accommodation options to ensure that the room and view from the room match.

The View of the waterfall was breathtaking. Loved listening to the water fall in the evenings and mornings.
There was a leak in the bathroom which made the bathroom floor slippery.

The Lodge is exceptional, we stayed in the waterfall rooms and had the most stunning views of the waterfall. The staff were amazing, beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The food was simply delicious too.

Extremely enjoyed our stay at the Bush lodge. The breakfast came in as a surprise since we ddnt know it was free.
The flooring in the room. But maybe it goes with the bush theme I don't know.

The beds and the bedding were exceptional, paired with the view of the waterfall made for a lovely stay.
The towels didn’t seem to be absorbing much.

I liked that it was kid friendly and we were able to sleep comfortably
I didn’t like that breakfast was limited and that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms

The lodge and room was very private so you got lots of peace and quiet. The private balcony was great with such an awesome view. The breakfast was very delicious. We did a trail walk and was great views!
There was no wifi in the rooms and the signal was quite bad so struggled to sometimes google places or reach people while in the room. There was no generator when there was load shedding. With load shedding between 2.5-4.5 hours, it makes it difficult without power as the room gets hot so need the fan or when load shedding is in the evening, cannot heat any food and restaurants are minimum 20 mins away to travel to.

It is a beautiful place, and the suite we stayed in was comfortable with everything you can need. The breakfast staff and cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful
Our place was only cleaned the first day, the office staff has a bit of a funny attitude, with uncomfortable sarcasm. There is no back up for load-shedding, only a flimsy torch that needs to be charged. We spent most of our time away from the lodge because we could do anything without electricity, which makes makes the place very expensive if your only going to sleep there and not use the facility to its fullest potential:( Our braai was cleaned the first day and never brought back. There was no covered parking offered, only after a big heal storm we were informed we could use the “private parking”

I would highly recommend the Hilton bush lodge, Lisa was such a great secretary, she welcomed us warmly, everything that we needed was was given to us, she was such a loving person throughout, the place is beautiful, the rooms were super clean. I will definitely come back.
The only thing that I wish for was the fire room area.
