Ottimo posto buon prezzo

Posto pulito, staff gentile e disponibile e simpatico. Si parla inglese italiano tedesco in base a chi c’è. Aria condizionata, tv enorme, bagno di dimensioni adeguate, tutto funzionante. Per chi è in moto si può parcheggiare di fronte alla struttura sotto alla telecamera. Ottimo prezzo se si pensa che si è in centro ad una delle più belle città della Romania. Colazioni lasciamo perdere, abbondanti e di qualità, e con molta scelta, orari elastici.

Zentrale Lage in Altstadt

Das Hotel habe ich NUR wegen der Lage direkt im Zentrum gewählt. Für zwei ÜN bei einer Geschäftsreise OK.

Rezeption nur selten besetzt. Lobby ungemütlich. Frühstück unterer Standard - in einem Kellergewölbe. Design der Zimmer nicht mein Geschmack.

I appreciate the cleanliness, how comfortable the room was, the excellent location and high quality of the products they offered. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Great location in the city center

Small room, and not that clean. One staff taking care of reception and breakfast (at the reception you just have one number you can call in case of something - they do not have permanent reception on site)

Lovely place.

The hotel is right in the mmiddle of the old centre, convenient for cafes and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

My door was difficult to lock and unlock. No fridge in the room for my medication.

There were works in the hotel and it was not very clean on the corridors.

No parking in 200 M area. No clean and hotel in renovation. Noise from 8 am.

Everything was fine, as expected.

The hotel is doing partial refurbishments and repairs, some floors are affected. Globally this is not necessary annoying, but it was not ANNOUNCED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Mixed emotions

Central but quiet location. Just a few steps away from central square. Staff OK.

Mattress with springs not comfy at all. Bit overpriced. No elevator.

Dont be impressed by the pictures from booking

Position in center

There were works on hotel- lot of noise and dust, had to cancel an important call Room was extremly small and smells bad No minifridge Bed was noisy and unconfortable i could not sleep.

High cost–performance hotel

Located at the old town, surrounded by lots of restaurants and museums. The staff was firendly an helpful.

Mattress is too soft, not very comfortable, wifi signal in the room is weak.

Awfully disappointing

Too expensive for what it offers. Small and smelly rooms without bathroom ventilation, young and inexperienced staff, badly done interior finishings, poorly renovated. Bad breakfast with cheapest ingredients from Mega Image, from around the corner. Bed mattresses which break your back, old and run down. No elavator in the building and no parking area.

Think again before you book...

The location was good

Staff was hard to come by as there was almost never anyone at reception. The room was infinitely smaller than presumed based on the photos in Booking.com The carpet in the room looked dirty and some was damaged by a hot iron Toilet paper was available only half a roll and when we ran out, there was no staff to ask for another roll Absolutely miniature closet.

Superb

Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly staff, modern bathroom. Multiple water jets options in the shower. Bug nets at the windows.

Very small room and not big enough closet. The room started smelling enclosure very fast. We had to ventilate every hour minimum. No elevator.

Location is perfect but facilities are just ok

Bed is just ok and shower is not good...there is loud music at night from the club downstairs. if you are partying at night then it's ok

location and bed was so comfortable!

breakfast was basic and limited in options by day two. day three was boring and went and paid at another location. shower drain does fill quickly with short bath ledge so it floods the bathroom floor fast.
