Good stay but a lot can be improved -

It’s new and has modern furniture

Dirt is starting to build up in the shower. It needs to be stripped. Additionally, some of the equipment is old eg. Air Conditioner.

Always love this place.

Set in its own well maintained gardens on the edge of the city. Relaxed space great for meetings. Comfortable well maintained rooms and charming helpful staff. Fantastic breakfasts and good evening restaurant and staff really make one's stay enjoyable. Great helpful local taxi service to and from airport and town if needed.

They rarely have any cash change in the coffee shop so you need an advance card credit. Reception also struggles with change due to limitations of US dollar. You cannot buy airtime for a cell phone on the premises and its a journey to find some!

Superb

The room was clean and with air conditioning. Helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant served limited but tasty food!!. The place is landscaped and feels like a luxury resort.

Location was bit far from city ( not s dis advantage as the traffic is not much in Harare)

On arrival , i paid for my accommodation, which was $382, and my breakfast was $28 x 3 with a total of $466. Every morning for breakfast, they keep on telling me i have not paid for my breakfast it made me feel uncomfortable sitting and eating while the staff is talking about me for the payment for breakfast. On check out, it stated that i have paid for everything. So the point is their is no communication with the staff members.

Luxurious lodge, tastely furnished for a comfortable stay

We had booked a family room via Booking.com, but the hotel had received instructions for one room. The staff were very helpful and managed to organise rooms to suit our family requirements, inclusive of breakfast for the kids. It's easy to travel into town and surrounding areas from the lodge. The pool was a bonus for the kids

The place is well maintained, the food was great even the small bakery items. Everything about the place screamed luxury and it was nice to experience

So many members of staff but sometimes there are in each others way but you find yourself waiting and waiting.

Lovely hotel, great room, comfy clean bed and good bathroom.

Very noisy - instead of having the standard system of putting a note on your door to say do not disturb or please make up room - the staff walk door to door early in the morning shouting HOUSE KEEPING! We were there to sleep and we were woken up with this repeated shouting. We saw that room service was an option by all the dirty plates with food on them left out in the hall way. When I called reception to ask for room service I was put through to the restaurant. There is no menu in the room - there is no info whatsoever in the room. The lady on the phone tried to recite the whole menu to me on the phone. Just put info in the rooms so we know what we can order and when! Standard stuff!

not worth the price

i liked that the property was clean and had a sports bar

the food and the stay was very bad value for money. i waited over an hour for food at the cool beans restaurant then 20 mins for the bill.

Decent facilities but over-priced. There are other better options

The location and facilities are decent. The garden is well maintained.

My Booking.com invoice indicated that breakfast was USD20 at the venue Imagine my surprise when USD28 is deducted from my credit card after breakfast. The manager on duty said Booking.com made a mistake and that breakfast actually cost USD28. I was visibly upset because I felt cheated and they refused to reimburse the USD8. I'm a regular traveller to Harare and these guys have lost my patronage.

The staff at the Cresta are the best I have every encountered!

Breakfast had a wide range of options and lots of food always available. Staff were always available to help in any way.

There is a pool available however it wasn't kept very clean. Would have been nice to be able to have a swim in the afternoons.
