This was a lovely comfortable, clean and spacious delight after 6 weeks of travelling. Maria and staff were wonderful. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the rooftop with the fantastic views. Very secure parking on site. Washer and dryer access was so appreciated. Three days wasn’t enough.
We didn’t mind the walk to the centre from this quiet residential area.If tired, we easily took an Uber.

My favorite part of this property is that is a quiet place to rest and what I mean by that there isn’t too much foot traffic.
The rooms are lovely and well-maintained by the staff

Very spacious and clean room. Comfortable. Walking distance and cool local businesses on the commute.
Even though this place is a bit away and relatively silent, the neighbours have a barking dog. Also relatively sound sensitive with the common area and room setup.

Nice kitchen, very quiet and good attended property. Very good bed and comfortable bathroom. The host is super friendly and a good help. There's a fully equipped kitchen and one can use the wachine machine for free.
Maybe a tiny bit too cramped, actually; the bathroom is only reachable through the adjacent sleeping room.

The best part was the location management/host. I don’t know what her name was but she was exceptionally accommodating and a please to deal with.

The location was beautiful and the room was very comfortable! The terrace was lovely and we were able to prepare breakfast in our kitchen and and enjoy it at the tables in the morning.
We loved the room: very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, my cousin has asthma, and because it is an older building, her lungs were affected by poor ventilation, especially when taking a shower. She had to use her inhaler, but we had a lovely time sitting on the terrace at night while her lungs cleared out. Something to consider if you're sensitive to air quality. Otherwise, I didn't notice any issues myself.

This was such a cute place! It’s gated off and feels very safe. It was so nice to have some space after weeks of backpacking. The apartment is well decorated and very clean. The bed is comfortable. They were helpful in answering questions as needed. The WiFi worked really well— in fact, everything worked well :)
The only thing that’s a bummer is how far away from Antigua this apartment is. I didn’t quite realize how long it would take to walk into town. We mostly had to Uber every time we wanted food or anything.
The kitchen works well, but you’ll have to get your own spices etc before you cook, just fyi!
Also, online it said there was laundry in the room, but there wasn’t that we found. Maybe it was elsewhere on the property…

the courtyard and rooftop are serene. the extra room in large villas are tiny but it seemed clean. Bathrooms are also small but clean and provide wash cloths which isn’t common here. I liked the touches of Maya colour with white and subtle decor.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. we rented a van and parked in the yard, there was ample space.

loved the aesthetic, the Villa layout and the rooftop terrace. Maria the property housekeeper was very nice and helpful.
property is out of town in Santa Ana and most shuttles wouldn’t pick me up to and from there so booking day trips was hard and there wasn’t taxi options very easily accessible. the sink was leaking and the water was off one day, but was fixed later that day. I would have rated it an 8 if it was closer to town and a 10 if it was closer and all the facilities worked properly.

Honestly this place was great. It was very nice and spacious and had a lot to offer. I was only there for one night, so I didn't get to use the kitchen. But seems like a great place to stay if you are staying around town for a bit.
Not the best location... about 20 minutes walk by foot from the center of town which isn't bad unless you are carrying some heavy bags. Still not a huge complaint since it's nice to be away from the noise.

Strongly recommend. Lovely place with nice patio and terrace with beautiful flowers. Place is quite. All very clean. Beds comfortable. Rooms quite specious. Kitchen very good equipped. Own parking place. No problem with WiFi. Very good value of money. Walking distance from centre of Antigua. We will come back for sure

The room was very spacious and the beds were fantastic. It was nice to have the mini-kitchen. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is quiet - almost silent, really, during the night.
Bathroom was tiny and walls have a lot of mildew. It was a bit far from the center, but Uber works just fine.

it was super clean, modern and well equiped
the location was a bit too out of the city

The pillows and bed were so comfortable, the blinds were blackout and they turned the common area lights off after 10, which ensures a good night sleep.
Water pressure comes super low at 10pm, so there’s no water (specially on the second floor) so we could not shower late so we could not prepare for the next day.

There was mold EVERYWHERE. All over the upper walls and on ceilings. Not only the bathroom, but the whole place.

Absolutely stunning yard with a water fountain. Both shadowy places, as well as sunbathing areas, are available. There is enough room for one car inside the venue.
