Room was spacious and clean
The WiFi was very bad with the signal & speed. Breakfast was very poor

I like the location. We were searching for a stay since there's a sudden need to be near with Cebu Doctors Medical. The place is near and can be walked. The staff are friendly and greet you with smile. Very hospitable I would say. I like the idea of having drinking water dispenser in the floor, very convenient. I appreciated and witnessed that the staff prayed before the start of their meeting.
The wifi signal is poor even they tried to use wifi extender, it worked only for a moment. They have no double bed, they have to join 2 twin beds for me and my wife to stay and there's lights and switches in between. I saw small cockroach (kitchen) which the staff tried to remove/eradicate using bare hands. There are times it is hard to get a taxi. They have small/tight dinning area.

The property was good.
One thing i didn’t like it when i asked for the iron and they’re charged me for 150 pesos. Hair dryer and iron it should be free. I have travelled around the world its my first time i have charged for the iron. Very disappointed!

Location
Lots of bugs/insects that you can see the trap that they put everywhere in the room. Faulty faucet and flies inside the room. The elevator is hard to operate because you can't even see the numbers clearly. All in all, it's a very disappointing stay. Don't waste your money in that hotel. It should've been demolished long time ago. The only one thing good is the friendliness of the employees

Have visited a number of times over last 5 years. like the place a lot and it’s great value in a central location. staff also very good.
had to rent a hairdryer which they used to have in the room. pity restaurant not open in the evening yet.

We like the size of the room and the beds were very comfortable.
The elevator buttons are a bit blurry. Though the location is great but it can be dark at night since it is located at the back alleys.

The room was exceptionally big! My family and I loved the beds, pillows, and breakfast. The room was squeaky clean too.
Since the beds in our room were at the back of the bathroom (perhaps slightly far from the router), the wifi signal was low and it was a challenge to connect to the wifi.

Good location. Friendly Staff.
I was not given the room I expected as shown on photo when I booked it. They said they upgraded my room but it doesn’t look like it is. Not very well lighted. Parking is very tight not enough space.

The room is big. Location is perfect.
Remote of the TV is not functioning. There is no rug in the toilet.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
For the price and location, it's fair.
1. They upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room that was not that clean.
2. The air conditioning unit was not working. I was literally sweating the entire time.
3. When entering the room, you can immediately smell something bad. Especially when you open the shower/toilet room. It had a strong foul odor and was not cleaned well. I don't know, maybe the cleaning products that were used had caused the smell?
4. The sheets of one of the beds had black stuff on the side that I don't even want to know what.

the breakfast server did not give proper instruction. they only give the paper without any instruction and blame you for not having breakfast. I end up arguing for the bad service. The bathroom floor was wet all the time as if its flooding.

Nothing.
I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that reservations were not being accepted. After an unpleasant discussion I was told that I would have to agree to stay for a minimum of 1 week. I reluctantly agreed. I was then charged more than the listed rate. During my stay they continued to accept reservations. Because of the Quarantine there was no transportation so I could not move to another Hotel. I was forced to stay for 1 month. The room was not cleaned during my entire stay and the sheets and towels were not changed even though I continued to make the request. For the entire stay there was a very strong odor of something burning which irritated my eyes and throat. Also an odor of gas late at night. When I complained to the manager about the odors she told me I should go check my medicine. The free breakfast was from a very limited menu. The manager and 1 staff member were always rude to me and after 1 month I was told that they were closing the hotel and I would have to leave. I explained that there was no transportation and was told "That's not our problem". I learned that they continued to accept reservations after I left. The wifi was worse than any Hotel where I have ever stayed. The area around the Hotel was overrun with homeless people and I could not go to any restaurant without literally being surrounded by many of the homeless people requesting money and who were not wearing masks. I have traveled around the world and have not been treated worse than I was treated in this Hotel!
