Was ok

The room was beautiful and location was good

Gym had a lot of stuff missing and treadmill broke. We always chose our hotels with a hood gym so it was very disappointing. I am vegetarian and all vegetarian options on the meniu were always out of stock , all 3 days we stayed . No wardrobe to put your clothes Staff weee not very helpful, receptionist not friendly at all .

Pleasant and nice to stay at this hotel.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast generally is good with different spread for various guest's appetite. The room is clean and spacious, especially the bathroom which is very spacious for a 4-star hotel. I would rate it as one of the largest that I have seen in all my business travels.

The lift sensor on the 8th floor which I stayed was not responsive. It was difficult to signal for the lift each time when I will take it down to the ground floor.

Расположение неплохое,рядом парк,в ресторане отеля неплохие боулы,внутри номера достаточно стильно,на мою просьбу сдвинуть кровати сделали на след,день,номер поменяли с 2 на 9 с небольшими вопросами.Случилась заминка с деньгами,надеюсь ее решат.

Самое отвратительное-это звукоизоляция,ее нет,в соседнем номере жили достаточно тихие жительницы Китая,и я слышал через стенку их дыхание.Завтрак на 3(те самое вкусное это фрукты и соки)омлет и фрайд эгс были хуже некуда.Остальная еда это чикен порк с разными вермишелями и рисом.При этом персонал достаточно услужливый.Массажистка сделала массаж в спа отеля,после этого стала нагло требовать чаевые

Superb

The room layout and design of the corner room was great. It was different to your usual hotel room so was a nice change. Interior design of hotel nice and fun. Good location of power points next to each side of bed. Big comfy bed and big windows for natural light. Room had a kitchenette that would have been handy if we were there longer than 1 night. Good air-conditioning and fan. Friendly staff and accommodating when we asked for early check-in.

The lack of closet space. We were only there 1 night, so it was fine, but would be annoying if we were there longer. Shower had no door so water would go out into rest of bathroom and make it all wet. Fridge not cold. Bathtub nice and big but it would be much better if large window next to it was frosted so natural light can come through. The sheer curtains still see through we think so didn't feel comfy using bath without the block out curtains. View not great, but I don't think there would be many places in Ho Chi Minh that would.

Fantastic rooms in a busy city

The room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The whole building is a wonderful retreat from a busy city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept our bags for us after check out while we went to the museum, and we were able to shower after in the gym which was fabulous.

We booked in massages and they were probably the worst we've had in Vietnam unfortunately. Disappointed as the massage and spa rooms looked beautiful so we're looking forward to it. But when we told the staff they gave us a discount which was good. The restaurant downstairs is very quiet, perhaps they should give better discounts to hotel guests or include breakfast with the room to make it busier. Also the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't fantastic.

loved the decor of the rooms, very bright and European style….great hotel and nothing I can really complain about…enjoyed my stay there.

not much to say…everything was good…I don’t think it has a pool but I didn’t want a pool anyway 🤷🏻‍♂️

Good hotel with some items to improve to become great

The room was in the 9th floor so views were amazing. The lounge was really nice, with huge windows and an excellent vibe to decompress after a long day of walking around Saigon.

The room didn't have a proper wardrobe or a proper door separating the bathroom. Also linen smelled like cigarettes which was not good. Shower water pressure could be improved.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was great. The styling was earthy and a relaxing. Easy walk to Ben Thanh market and the breakfast spread was fabulous.

The property’s location is a little bit off the central on a quiet street, but not a big issue as Grab is easily available. Breakfast is ample.

Great stay, peaceful location in tasteful, contemporary accommodation

A little further away from being at the heart of all of the action meant a 1-2km walk to everywhere. However, this proved to be a good decision. As HCMC is full on, noisy with lots of hustle and bustle, a quiet location suited us. The suite itself was lovely, fresh and modern with a great city view. The kitchenette and second bunk bedroom were a welcome addition. Reception staff were helpful after a series of delayed flights pushed our check in until after midnight they were helpful in liaising with our driver. Left luggage (free of charge) was great on our last day and again, staff were helpful in calling taxis throughout our stay. A very comfortable suite in a peaceful location.

No complaints. Kitchenette would benefit from a few additions such as additional glasses, some dinner plates and a sharp knife. Saying that, given the cost of eating out, you’re unlikely to need much in terms of cooking equipment. Adequate for organising breakfast and snacks.

Lovely room, very large with a Nordic feel. Helpful attentive staff. Good breakfast. Good location in a quiet side street.

No pool . And no comfy seating in lobby area - laid out to tables for eating.

For the price of our stay and the room we got, I didn't think the price was justifiable.

The organic furnishing of the property makes us feel very relaxed. I like the outdoor deck and the quietness surrounding the property.

I would've expected better hygiene. Our pillows had a really bad and stale odour I had to put up with on the first night we checked in. However, I requested for a change of pillows the next day and the housekeeping had it changed immediately. There wasn't any recycled bin in the room for a hotel that promotes sustainability... Quite odd. There might also have been a misunderstanding on my part. I had expected a bathtub for the room that I've booked as it was shown in the room selection... And it turns out, none. I was rather disappointed. The gym was very basic but it was located in the basement with no views. Quite scary to be working out alone as there was no one, and no attendants. Coffee was good at the restaurant but I didn't get to try anything else since our room didn't come with breakfast. Thought for the price we paid, breakfast would've been inclusive. Location wise, it's rather convenient to get to most of the places we were heading, with grab rides. The only down side is that there is not much of decent food choices surrounding the stay within walking distance and so we had to grab to get to food.

Fantastic hotel

The hotel staff are lovely and attentive. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are amazing. Fantastic view from the windows, bathroom is amazing and very big with a fantastic bath/shower

Superb

Room was comfortable and nice. A bit dim but not a major issue. Location being not in center of district 1 was perfect for us. Only thing is there is a primary school across the street so can be busier during drop off/pick up hours. You also get a complimentary service so make sure to book! We did not have time to make use of this benefit or even see the sauna/fitness center.

Shower style, like some other reviewers mentioned, was not my favorite but not the end of the world. It did reult in more of the bathroom floor getting wet. Elevator touch button is not my favourite but passable.

A walk to the center of town in hot weather. Was some noise during the night that kept waking me, couldn’t tell if plumbing. Not a fan that the toilet got wet during shower.
