nice apartment, close to centre, fine if you travel without a suitcase

stair case unsuitable for luggage ( very smsll snd narrow), nearly impossible to take suitcase upstairs to the apartment

wirklch okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. In 3 Min Fußweg erreicht man die U-Bahn, mit der man ohne Umsteigen direkt zur Kö kommt. Es gibt jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Genau gegenüber ist ein kleiner Kiosk, wo man die nötigsten Sachen wie Milch oder Brötchen bekommt. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Espressomaschine ( nicht mehr die neueste ) und Kapseln, die man benutzen darf. es gab auch Tee und Zucker Es war alles sauber. Die Dusche hat nur einen Duschvorhang, keine Glasabtrennung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ehemaligen Spitzboden, ist nett ausgebaut, aber die letzten Treppen gehen echt steil nach oben- für Menschen mit einem körperlichen Handicap schlecht machbar. Wohnung ist wirklich sauber - die Matratzen sehr weich. Auf jeden Fall hat die Wohnung ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man sich Hotelpreise in Düsseldorf anschaut und wenn man einfach nur mal schnell gut und günstig übernachten will, ist es tippi toppi.

Super Lage. Alles vorhanden was man für eine Nacht benötigt. Sehr gepflegtes Apartment

Heizung war bei Ankunft aus. (Total nachvollziehbar, aber die ersten 3h waren trotzdem sehr schattig.) Leider war das Apartment noch wie vom Vorgänger hinterlassen. Es war zwar eine Spontanbuchung (11:30 gebucht, 17:00 anreise) aber die Putzfrau kam trotzdem erst gegen 19:00… Die letzte Treppe ist sehr sehr eng und steil. Mit Koffer oder eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit nicht zu empfehlen…

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung über den Dächern des schönen Stadtteils Oberkassel.

Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. Ein Fön war vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtet.

Das brummen des Kühlschrankes. War aber kein Problem, wir benötigten keinen Kühlschrank. Eine Badematte (oder ein einfaches Handtuch für diesen Zweck) wäre toll gewesen.

Warm but definitely worth it

The location was really nice and quiet. All the applicances you’d need for a holiday were there too (fridge, shower, etc.) 32 p.p. is incredibly affordable, especially for such quality.

The apartment can get really warm in summer and the heat doesn’t go away easily. There is a fan provided but that doesn’t really cut it.

Very good value

-Good location, just 4 stops to the center -Easy, just had to fill in a code on a lock and we got the keys -More than enough for what we needed -Coffee, tea, some snacks for free

-There were some hairs on the top end of the mattress -mattress is old, firmness I liked but it slopes in to the middle

Lot of respect for the owner. I feel taken care of.

The host made the apartment feel very much like home. Especially sweet with the complimentary snacks and drinks. There’s an Nespresso machine! Cooking facilities, basic seasoning etc. It was very warm. The beddings smelled nice and fresh. The bathroom was nice and spacious and the shower was good (I think newly fixed). Everything was great. I feel a lot of respect for the owner as I feel like he really put nice things and thoughts into the apartment, not just make-shift stuff to tick some boxes. Thank you!

Personally I would have liked harder pillows but it’s just me. They were feather so still good quality pillows. There were two smaller duvets instead of one bigger duvet for a double bed which was a little confusing but maybe it’s a German thing or some people prefer it. No big deal.

Pretty hot in warmes days.

Quiet room not to far from Duesseldorf center.

Very hot in a warm august night - the fan didn't manage to cool down.

Great for a night when arriving late

I loved that the key was put in a locker which I could use at 2 am. Easy parking on the street. Thanks for the fan as the flat being under the roof / attic / it must get real hot in the summer months. Ideal to spend a night after or before a flight. Loved the free Pringles 😊

There was no microwave / bedside table.
