Duck Cottage is a characterful dwelling nestled in the lovely village of Sutton Poyntz, on the outskirts of Weymouth. It comprises three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and children's bunks, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is an open front patio and a rear, enclosed garden with lawned area and patio, and there is off-road parking for two cars, with an additional space at the owner's pub opposite. Duck Cottage offers just the break you need in a wonderful part of Dorset. One well behaved dog is welcome at Duck Cottage at an additional charge of £25 - please contact Sykes to arrange payment. PLEASE NOTE: Electric Vehicle charging is not permitted from this property. If you require charging facilities you would need to seek out local conveniences that offer this service.
