Good choice if you don’t have high standards

I liked the fact, that this property exists. Since there were hardly any options in the city for our group of 8. It’s location was quite ok, due to its proximity to Ercyes dagi, which we intended to climb. There were several shops and bakerys in the area. The rooms were big enough for our group.

There was no air-conditioning in the rooms, which made our stay a little bit unpleasant. There were also problems with the kitchen equipments. We did not have enough glasses, plates, forks and spoons. Although we booked our rooms for 8 people, they just gave us 6 bedsheets and towels, so we had to ask fir them fir another 2.

Everything was perfect, for the price paid. We felt very safe, safe entrance in the building, surveillance cameras in the hallways, the apartment very safe, no one bothered us with anything. Very clean, contrary to the reviews I read, but I don't expect 5 stars either, when I clearly know that I booked at 3 stars. I am glad that I chose this accommodation. Mr. Ulusoy, from the reception, very helpful, speaks English very well and helped us from the first evening, with the lacks in the apartment, immediately gave us everything we needed.Thank you, Ulusoy, see you next winter!

Maybe a better training of the cleaning ladies would be good - more careful with the cleaning substances used - they kind of destroyed the sink and shower batteries. The carpets and upholstery of the headboard of the beds, and sofas need cleaning. I felt the lack of bedside tables and a microwave oven. But the price, comfort, safety and privacy compensated for all that.

Caution! In room 943 on 9th floor are bed bugs! Probably they occur on all rooms 9th floor or others level. We were badly bitten. Personel don't speak english, so it made extra confusion in this case. Personel weren't suprised this situation, which means they have known about insects.

Full appliances & close to airport, Erciyes. Close to amenities food, supermarket etc staff nice & helpful despite language barrier

Heater only on in the evening not during the day. They should change check in time as we notified our arrival time but room not ready. But we were given tea while waiting.

Do not stay here with Family. Worst place.

The price and the location.

The staff was worst. they had no idea how to deal with customers. Wifi issues, water leakage in bathroom, no water on cold side.

The price. Overall it was comfy and a great value for the price

The kitchen was poorly equipped: there was no frying pan, only 2 forks, no knife or cutting board (we asked for a knife and got one, though). Also, we didn't dare to use the electric tea pot, it had traces of food being cooked in it, probably boiled eggs. The room had a smell of cigarettes, but not too strong

Nice aparts not far from Erciyes

I like the neighbourhood here, supermarket is just beside, the floor is heated, hot water, view from the balcony etc

I really liked those aparts, but I was confused a little with the attitude. The plates are all different and some of them broken, we were 4 in the aparts, but there were only 2 spoons and 2 forks, eletric soket was broken just beside the faucet. All these are really minor things, however they do impress negatively. I really wish you to improve your hosting!

Spacious apt, two rooms, usable kitchen. It was easy to find, with private parking.

More kitchen utensils. There were like only two firks, no serious knife and so on. Not really useful for more than two people, regardless of advertised accomodation capacity.
