Apartament nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Moja pierwsza w życiu negatywna opinia o niclegu.

Lokalizacja ok. 10 min spacerem do Krupówek. W pokoju ogrzewanie podłogowe-zimą wielki plus. Cicha okolica można się w ciszy wyspać. Garaż podziemnym, co zimą podczas rozpakowywania i pakowania jest także wielkim plusem. Ogromny taras-plus latem-niestety zimą kompletnie nieużyteczny. Plus tez za możliwość uzywania za darmo Sauny.

Niestety rozczarowalo nas więcej rzeczy niz kiedykolwiek. Przede wszystkim brak jakiegokolwiek miejsca na walizki. Przede wszystkim brak szafy na rzeczy. Owszem jedna mala szafeczk gdzie powiesilismy nasze zimowe wielkie kurtki i nic wiecej sie nie zmiescilo. Plus 4 mini poleczki 10cm×10 cm gdzie nawet nie zmiescily sie najpotrzebniejsze ubrania dziecka. W obu szafkach takze personel przechowuję swoje rzeczy do sprzatania. Zeby miec wiecej miejsca wystawilismy wiadro.na taras. Ale najbardziej co nas wkurzylo to brak jakichkolwiek wieszakow gdzie mozna powiesic kurtki-zimowe rzeczy po przyjsciu do apartamentu. Katastrofa!!! Nie wiem jak ktos to projektuje taki apartament moze nie wziac pod uwage chociaz malej garderoby, tym bardziej ze do Zakopanego przyjezdzaja ludzie, ktorzy maja chca jezdzic na nartach i maja zimwe kombinezony. Na szczęście tym razem nie bylismy na nartach bo chyba musieliśmy trzymać mokre kurtki i kombinezony po przyjsciu do apartamentu w łazience az do wyschniecie. Ogólnie bardzo nie przemyslane i irytujące. Kontakt z personelem dosc dobry, rezydentka reagowala na prosby ale mogla byc bardziej mila. Kolejna rzecz to brak cieplej wody. Dziecko po przyjezdzie chcialo sie wykąpac a ta po 3 min zaczela leciec lodowata i nie chciala sie wiecej nagrzac. Rezydentka znalala rozwiazanie co na plus ale maz musial isc do innego apart.i przelaczyc bojler bo po 21 nie ma juz tak nikogo kto mogly pomoc. Sauna zajmowana przez cale rodziny z dziecmi, gdzie nie ma możliwości na relaks. Ludzie rezerwowali godziny i nie przychodzili ale to juz kultura ludzi a nie wina personelu Apartamentów. Pierwszy raz a bylismy juz w wieeeelu miejscach wystawiam negatywna opinie!!!!!!

było fantastycznie skorzystaliśmy ze spa i zaliczyliśmy góry mnóstwo śniegu i słońca.

wszystko było super apartament swietny super lokalizacja zawsze spimy w tej okolicy zakopanego ale w tym obiekcie pierwszy raz duzym plusem bezpłatny podziemny parking. wychodzac o 24 w góry autko such i cieplutkie.

dla mnie nic.

حجزت غرفتين و صاله مع الفطور ، كانت كبيره ومتوفره فيها كل شي 👍🏽، كل شي فيه جميل وخاصة الأطلالة لأنه عطوني في اخر طابق ، لو كررت الزيارة راح ارجعله مره ثانية .. انصح فيه للشباب و العوايل الخفيفة لانه مافي مصعد

قريب من السنتر 10 دقايق مشي سريع. سوبر ماركت دقيقة من الشقة. نظام. البلكونه. الدخول و الخروج كانت سلسة

لا يوجد مصعد. اعطائي موقع خاطئ في البداية

The view from window and terrace is amazing, the apartment is clean and have all necessary equipment for personal comfort.

Two things I would like to mention, first: there were only two small(about 10ml) shampoo and shower gel sachets, that wasn't enough for 4 nights stay. and the second is more suggestion: the cutting board in apartment was made from glass, so all the knives need to be sharpened, please change glass cutting board to plastic or wooden.

Worth to be recommended for stay, wonderful facility as well the team

Cleanliness, furniture, facilities, and of course the staff are very friendly and nice, the facilities are beautiful, tidy, and of high quality. The city has very friendly and respectful residents in markets, restaurants, and everywhere.

Value slightly higher than exception , garden, plying Yard and out doors swimming pool have to be added even by extending the facility on the other side of cicha valley.

We had a wonderful time at Tarasy Spa. The apartment is very cosy and in an excellent location.

The property is situated in a perfect location very close to the shops within a 4-7 minute walk. It has beautiful views and an excellent spa facility.

The only thing that bothered us was how cold the water went when showering. We didn’t get long to shower before the water would go cold.

The place is clean and tidy and very beautiful I enjoyed it is close to the pedestrian zone and shops I highly highly recommend the place it is an amazing experience the service I received was very very good we got everything you need everything was the best

lovely good energy place x and great hot jaguzzi nice and clean

the reception was very helpful and can suggest us everything we need to know , it’s our first time in Zakopane , and she speak English well and it’s near ski slopes

no elevators, so don’t bring too many luggage

very close to the center and very new property.

despite common rules such as quiet hours between 22 and 6, there are parties going well past 2am. Not recommended for families with young kids as they won't sleep.

It is close to Krupówki with nice view from one of the bedrooms towards mountains.

Shower gel / shampoo wasn't enough for 7 adults staying in the apartment. We had to use our own.

Definitely in a good location, the room was clean modern, and I really like the bathroom.

The fact that the building didn’t have a elevator was definitely minus.

Would choose somewhere quieter to stay

good location, modern interior, sauna on site, parking space

reception, lift, 'soflty closing' entry door, changing towels more often that once in 5 days, basic toiletries should be provided, hot drink with breakfast (only tea bags given), located on the busy road, accommodates 'party people'

Place was amazing, view was legit, amenities all good!

The apartment we took was on top floor, a lot of low corners make it hard to move in the room sometimes. The biggest surprise was that we were asked to throw our garbage and in normal situations, that would be ok but since we paid this much, we expected that all cleanings are part of it.

Lovely apartment

Apartment was very modern and close to the Krupowki Street. We ordered vegan breakfast and it was amazing. Every day different varieties of food that tasted delicious. Apartment had everything you need, even coffee machine that was making lovely coffee. One minute away was supermarket so you could buy whatever you need. Highly recommend. We will definitely book it again.

Nothing to complaint about.
