Wonderful, memorable three days - Pednolver Apt 2 truly provided a home-away-from-home.

Spectacular setting with wonderful views in a great location. Mark (the host) was available, helpful and friendly! A very well-designed, convenient, comfortable flat with everything you could possibly need (except a cheese grater) - even hot water bottles! As soon as we walked in, we all said we felt like we lived there (or could)! So easy to settle in.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place - liked it all. Only slight glitch was that we watched Episode 1 of Poldark with all of us curled up in comfy chairs and sofas then then Wifi cut out in the middle of Episode 2! We couldn't get any internet connection the rest of the PM. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed and having a parking space was a god-send!

Perfect location, perfect views, cosy and clean apartment with parking!

perfect location. perfect view from the sitting room bay window. you will not be able to pull yourself away from sitting and watching life in St Ives harbour. The apartment was immaculate and to a very high spec, furnished in keeping with the period of the property. we loved the exposed beams and brickwork. The apartment was lovely and warm and Mark had put the fire on for our arrival which was a nice touch. As was the welcome hamper with tea, coffee, fudge, biscuits. And the cream tea in the fridge. A lovely surprise! The beds were very comfortable, with the main bedroom having a super king bed. A parking space just outside the apartment was a huge bonus in St Ives. This was our third stay and third rental property in St Ives and without doubt the best by miles!!! Mark is a great host and was easy to contact prior to our stay. We will with no hesitation be booking again!

No heater in the second bedroom. That said winters in St Ives are very mild.

great place to stay would highly recommend, St Ives is great but can also visit other parts of Cornwall within an hours

clean, great location and sea views., very spacious. great to be able to park car.

A bath would be nice, but it’s not a problem as lovely walk in shower.

This apartment must have the best view in the whole of St Ives from the front bay window. Watching the sunrise is a lovely way to have a morning coffee😊 The apartment is fab. Really well equipt and comfortable. Fab shower, cosy beds and great kitchen facilities.

Beautiful apartment in idyllic location

Location is fab, just far enough from town to be out of the hustle and bustle but a short walk down into the heart of town. Apartment itself is beautiful and everything has been well thought out. Big enough for 6 guests but still cosy and would be just as good for a break for 2. Cannot fault our stay at all as we thoroughly enjoyed it and it was perfect for our needs. Host Mark really friendly and helpful, had a chat with him and made to feel like old friends, but without the over familiarity some owners have. Apartment was well equipped and beds were so comfy, even the sofa bed.

The best holiday I've ever had

Location is 100% perfect.It's just two min.away of town centre and beach.Also you can have your own breakfast as here is fully equipped kitchen and you will have your breakfast with beautiful see view through sitting room window.

Here is nothing to say about what I didn't like because here I've had a beautiful holiday in stunning apartments and with very friendly staff.
