Nadie me había enviado nada.
No había agua caliente.
He estado varias veces en Belén.
Seguiré yendo a Belén. Al Herodion “Hotel” no volveré.

The property met all needs for a stay in Bethlehem Center. The owner, Elias, went up and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had an early flight and he prepared the room for us hours before the actual check-in time. Elias reached out to us via WhatsApp to inform us the room was ready and even offered to come and pick us up close to checkpoint 300 at no extra cost. I recommend Herodion Hotel.

I was here two nights.
Room was spacious and light and big balcony with an incredible view! Make sure you ask for a room facing the south east. Sunrise view.
Exceptional help from the owner. Gave me great instructions on how to get from Jerusalem to Bethlehem and to the hotel. Kind and helpful staff.
Free tea coffee water.
Great shower
Good location to walk to the churches. Some up and downhills, but still only ten mins walk.
Safe and secure place.
It went far above my expectations, so thank you very much.
I was there Thursday night so there was a loud party outside. Didn't bother me too much, but just be aware.

The building seems recent and well kept. My room was very spacious and clean. I had a balcony with a great view towards east, and there was also a rooftop terrace with great views. There is private parking in the basement, which is very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of Manger Square, but is also in a quiet area. The host was super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to other visitors of Bethlehem.

The installations are excellent. The staff is well prepared and polite.
The view from hôtel is also breathtaking!

Lovely modern guesthouse, large rooms, very close to Manger square, the church of nativity, and old Bethlehem market. Up on the hillside, with views of the Judean hills. Rooftop lounge. Family run business, everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Loved this hotel
We were the only guests, two weeks before Christmas. The whole city needs more tourists to thrive like it should! Please come to Bethlehem!

Good room, great view from the balcony, 10 minutes walk (uphill!) to Manger Square
Not really a “don’t like” but currently has no reception ( being built) so you get instructions to let yourself in. Owner/manager does communicate well/promptly though if you need anything

Mr Elias is the best host you could possibly have. Attentive and kind, available on his phone for any request or help. He organised for us a day trip to Jericho and Dead Sea. We only wanted to stay one night but we spent 3 nights at the end. Location is also perfect

Really appreciated the helpfulness of the owners. George provided a lot of useful information on how to reach the guesthouse. We were greeted with a warm welcome from George's father, Elias and younger brother. George's mom even drove us to the bus terminal to take bus 231. Overall, we really loved the place and the warm hospitality of the owners.
Nothing.
