Good apartment at Poetto

it's perfectly located. Walking distance to al Poetto's facilities. There were always parking places in front of the apartment. A few good restaurants around. Small "yard" to eat outside and dry your clothes. Good enough for short and long stays.

It is a ground floor and sometimes there was a humidity smell in the house. The house can get really hot but there is AC. Maybe a bigger TV will be appreciated.

Apartamento de lo peor

La ubicación es lo único bueno,a tres minutos de la playa .

El apartamento que he pagado 7 días mas de 2 mil euros osea casi 297 euros por noche no tenía las condiciones apropiadas fui yo y mi esposo osea 2 personas lo mas importante es el descanso que no pudimos dormir casi por el colchón de la habitación está para la basura es de la peor calidad no entiendo como Booking permiten que se alquile un apartamento así era interior que cuando uno reserva no se ve después de pagar la reserva te escribe el dueño Marco diciendo que pague a el menos 1800 pero yo no acepté porque no hay ninguna garantía me parece un engaño que el apartamento tiene persianas en mal estado de la sala no se podia casi abrir de lo dura que estaba la persiana de la sala escribo a Marcos el propietario quejándome que el colchón la cama es imposible descansar va personalmente me dice que no sabía cuando hay comentarios ya de lo mismo me miente en la cara lleva una botella de vino pidiendo disculpa pero el dolor de espalda de mi y mi esposo nadie no los quita y hemos pagado como un hotel de 4 estrellas ,El dueño me envia fotos de la basura que yo no he tirado nada cuesta poner una cámara en la entrada y no acusar sin pruebas tengo fotos y videos del apartamento pequeño que para un dia no esta mal pero 7 noches durmiendo en una cama que me ha destrozado la espalda no hay derecho no tiene vista la casa al ser interior que deberia ponerlo en las fotos y no esperar que las personas reserven y luego comentarlo es un engaño habia hormigas ese apartamento no pagaría ni 80 diarios ha parte tuve que bloquear por WhatsApp ya que era demasiado insistente y escribe a cada rato por temas de la basura no lo recomiendo a nadie espero que no me vuelva a pasar porque me siento estafada ya que en vacaciones lo mejor es el descanso y imposible hace mucho ruidos las puertas de fuera y la de la habitación suena tambien ruido en la calle de los vecinos de arriba en fin le pongo un 0 al apartamento lo único bueno era la hubicacion lean comentarios del 2022 las personas...

Perfect and just what we needed.

Property was clean and a good size for us. Most importantly very close to Porto beach and there was plenty of street parking when we arrived which was great. Easy checkin and checkout. We would recommend.

Close to: The beach Gelato Flamingo Parking Easy to find and a nice apartment. All and all, we had a good stay here. Also contact with the owner was really smooth.

Unfortunately the air conditioner had broken down and therefore it was a bit cold and damp. But that's it. We had a heater that worked fine. Three pretty quick showers seemed a bit too much for the water heater.

Crazy price for the tiniest flat

The location was perfect, just in front of the sea and close to a supermarket. Bus stops nearby allow you to go to the center of Cagliari very easily

We were in 3, and spent more than 300€ a night for the tiniest 1 bedroom flat. It says up to 5 people but I dare anyone live with other 4 people in that tiny space. The one bedroom is a decent size, but once you open the sofa bed (which is the kitchen as there is no loving room or other room/space) there is barely any space to walk around the rest of the flat and getting to the kitchen is a struggle. Before the stay, the owner contacted us directly to try to get us to cancel our Booking.com booking and pay him directly beforehand through a bank transfer, with no guarantee or anything, so that he could get around the Booking.com fees (and probably avoid getting honest reviews like this). This was already quite sketchy. We also never met him, he just sent us instructions on how to get in and how to do the recycling (with a note that we'd pay for it if we didn't do it right, which in other circumstances is totally fair). There is a kitchen and utensils to cook, but barely any of the basic stuff is there. We had to do a whole shopping and buy stuff like oil, pepper, coffee/tea, milk, toilet paper, tissues. The bathroom at least had soap (nothing else). And I repeat this place was 300€ a night. What a rip off. With all of this, towels were extra (25€ per person) so we had to bring our own, and the bathroom was infested by red ants which would climb to the sofa bed and bite our legs at night along with the mosquitoes. ----------------------------- Eravamo in 3, e abbiamo speso piú di 300€ a notte per un minuscolo appartamento da 1 camera e cucina. Su Booking dice che può ospitare fino a 5 persone, ma sfido qualsiasi persona a convivere in quello spazio minuscolo con altre 4 persone e un bagno solo. La camera é abbastanza spaziosa, ma il resto della casa no, appena apri il divano letto in cucina é finito, non c'è piú spazio per camminare.

perfect location, hospitality is missing.

the location is very good

the appartement is well equipped but there is no coffee or tea so you have to buy everything at the supermarkt if you would like to make a coffee or tea which isn’t very comfortable if stay short. the wifi wasn’t working very proper, we lost connection quite often and couldn’t connect with more than 1 device. we did request a late check out which was possible for €200 which is a bizar amount of money to ask to my opinion. however, a late check out wasn’t possible (my mistake, I did request it very late) however: the host (Marco) did not help or cooperate at all when I asked if we could store luggage somewhere. furthermore, the check out was at 10AM and the cleaner arrived at 10AM sharp. I was feeding my son (7 weeks old) by breast which took a little longer unfortunately and Marco did text me if we could leave the apartment immediately while I was feeding. So, the hospitality, flexibility and cooperation was missing at all if you ask me.

Beachfront place for nice vacation

location is beachfront, you can leave apartment in swimsuit restaurants and bars just 100 meters away host is really helpful flat is clean and cozy, you have all you need for short stay

since it’s close to the beach and at the ground floor it’s a bit noisy outside, but if you sleep well unlike me - wouldn’t be a problem

Very good

The host, Marco, is very responsive and shred a lot of tips. The location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The bus station is also like 1 min by feet.

The apartment is at the back side of the building, so the view is not nice.

Very nice apartment near the beach with great host

Very nice, well decorated apartment, where you can find everything what you need (kitchen with kitchen equipment, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, well working wifi,...). It is very near to beautiful sandy beach, 10 minutes to supermarket, 5 minutes to good gelateria, restaurants, street food, etc. Bus stop is just cross the street. But most of all great host Marco. He was very helpful, answered all our questions and did the best to help us to solve our bad situation with forgotten driving licence. Thank you very much Marco again!

Only one night but we would have loved to stay longer!

Host very available since the booking, great dialogue about our specific needs (we have two small children). Bedroom is nicely decorated and the bathroom was recently renovated and in great condition. Everything works perfectly well, the apartment is totally equipped and the supermarket is 400 away. Parking also ended up being easy and we found spots just in front of the villa. We definitely recommend staying in this apartment!

Good stay at Poetto beach

Nice place, Marco was very responsive and friendly. We used it as a base for visiting Cagliari and spending the afternoons at the beach, which worked out fine.

No wine glasses. It is a bit dark, being situated at the northern side of the building (may be an advantage on hot summer days).

Enjoyed every bit of it

Its a stone away from the beach. Grocery store is just 8-10 mins walk (by the beach) or 2 mins (by bus). Restaurants are left and right. Location is more than perfect! The apartment is real nice. Clean and spotless. Pillows and sheets are neat and tidy. They have washing machine if you wanna wash clothes before you leave. They have parking space for 1 car only but plenty of parking spaces just infant of the property. Its a self check-in so its real hassle-free. We stayed in no.179 but its in the same building. If you are there for the beach, its the place for you. If you are there for Cagliari center, then its not for you. Its about 10-15 mins away from Cagliari Train Station.
