Scandaloso

Great facilities, lots to do on-site, train to take you from hotel to pool area, fridge in room.
Lots of ants.

The people.

I like the location and the nature all around the hotel
I didn't like the staff , because they were unresponsive.
We have to wait a lot of time to check in.
And in the morning at the breakfast, the lady who was in charge with the breakfast and the coffee at the bar was really unfriendly, ignorant and with a bad attitude towards the clients.
And the second inconvenient was that:
Again at the breakfast place when we have to have breakfast,in the same time the cleaning lady was cleaning there between us and the food with chlorine and was making insupportable smells and noise.
I think that is very unprofessional and totally disrespectful for the clients .

No operational air-conditioning despite advertising saying there was. Complaint to staff but no action taken.
Too noisy from both adjacent rooms and corridors. 2 star rating? - I think not.
7.5 / 10.0
The room was clean, pretty small, but overall satifactory for an overnight stay.
Poor breakfast. There were no eggs or anything hot for breakfast. You can make sandwiches and thing to spread on the bread. There are also muffins, donuts and croissants.
