Très mitigé

Sympathie et communication du personnel, salle commune agréable

Chambre très petite. Balcon mais plein de sacs poubelles dessus c’est dommage… Literie peu confortable, propreté des draps à revoir… Et la TV ne fonctionnait pas.

Our stay was very memorable

Excellent location loads of restaurants and bars nearby Valentina was on hand to help with anything we asked organising champagne and a cake for my wifes birthday a mention for Danilela as well who made up the room as well as serving us breakfast every day

i thought it was amazing, Valentina was super helpful friendly and trying to help on everything she could. super easy arriving at the property, and get in. breakfast was ok - nothing special.

There was only one small thing - i requested a late checkout, and i couldnt stay on the room because there was another reservation (ok), but there wasnt any room/place so i could change ofr leave my bags. i left it on the living room by itself with cameras, but still.

Very nice clean apartment in good location.

Family room was spacious, clean and the location perfect to visit the city. Self check-in and out all fine and easy, suited us. Air/Con worked well.

We didn't realise we had not booked breakfast as we thought that was standard for a BB and we were looking forward to it. In fact there was no sign of breakfast anywhere so that was a bit of a mystery. Kind of our fault but some more info would have been nice, but local cafes were good.

It was so nice! The cleaning lady was so sweet and helpful! A perfect location too

The range of shampoo and conditioner could be bigger. We couldn’t tell what was what in the bathroom, so we had to by some in a shop

Convenient, welcoming, fresh. Perfect place from which to base a city break. Could not recommend it more.

The property was perfectly situated in Cagliari. The apartments were exceptionally clean, staff were so welcoming and loved the addition of a living with tea/coffee making facilities. Valentina was most helpful, at the end of a Whats App message for dinner recommendations.

Fabulous stay

Lovely clean room in the centre of the city. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have it in our room.

The place is very nice with modern style. It was very clean. The self chek-in is good option for us, when we was not shure when we reach the place. It was very clear information how to get inside. The owner (or staff) was always reachable and super helpfull ! We needed some advice for car wash and restaurans and we get all information. Small living room was so nice with some local sweets and also some maps of Cagliari . We was traveling with infant , so we also get extra bed for him. We are very happy with our stay, definiatly recomend it !

Great city centre location. Very quiet. Close to lots of restaurants.

Great room, superb location. Easy to find and parking nearby. Lovely breakfast and very comfortable bed. Short walk to old town and lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

There is still a staircase from the lift, perrhaps let people know in car they have mobility issues.

wonderful stay

I used to live in Cagliari and still return there regularly. Was happy to discover this new B&B in my last visit. This time we came back as a family with our 1-year old son. Everything was perfect, we loved the breakfast, the location is superb, there was a parking just behind a corner. Valentina was a great host, allowing us the late check out, which was essential for 1st day sleep of our child and made the trip back smooth and relaxing. :) thanks a lot! will be definitely staying again.

Exceptional!

Do not hesitate to book here!! Absolutely wonderful, completely modern, close to many restaurants, so clean and even with a little communal area with water, coffee and little sweets. Amazing !!

Beautiful room close to the city centre

Self Check-in was easy and well explained. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Looks exactly as on the pictures . Coffee and Tea were provided for free which was a nice gadget. The bed was really comfortable. We would like to come back and can recommend the B&B

Things to improve as it is a self check B & B. * It was difficult to get in the property (we didn't have our set of keys in the letter box) and we were lucky to find other guests who gave us the keys. * The instructions for the elevator were not good and my sister was locked in for more than five minutes. * Breakfast was served in the bedroom. It gave me the idea to the locked down. It was not possible to ask for more coffee. * There should be more contact between the owner and the guests.

Superb

Everything was really nice: the tastefully furnished and extremely clean room with a superb bathroom, perfect soundproof windows (so no noise from the street) and we even had a coffee machine and a mini fridge in our room! Valentina was very helpful with regards to checking in and any other questions we had.

Superb

The room was spacious and stylish and located very close to bars and shops in the city centre. There was plenty of coffee and water for the guest. Perfect for a couple!
