We came to celebrate my niece getting her Masters from Arizona State. The house was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. We found it to be very accommodating for our extended family. We especially enjoyed the pool! The region is beyond beautiful and has so many fun places to explore. We took one day and traveled to see the Grand Canyon and my son and I went on a hot air balloon ride over the desert! The best part was how relaxing our stay was. Definitely a vacation destination we will visit again.

Stay was great. House could have been better outfitted in the kitchen for a large group and there were a few fairly minor maintenance issues. Space was huge, backyard was great with pool, and WinCo was a short, easy walk. Overall, I would recommend this home and James the host.

James was great to work with and very helpful. He was available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The home is very nice and is three levels. I would not recommend it for anyone over the age of 70 or who has mobility issues. Four bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms are in the basement.

The swimming pool and back yard is beautiful and we enjoyed this part of our stay. The house is roomy and easily accommodates large groups. However the house was very under stocked: blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, pillows, etc. The owner brought over supples when we requested so I am grateful for this.Overall the house needs some updating.

This house is in a perfect location, beautiful backyard, and lots of room for a large family. However, upkeep to the property diminishes its true potential. Many of the blinds are broken or do not work, the outdoor furniture needs new cushions, the beds are not fit for adults, and one garbage can for such a large property is not sufficient.

Ten of us cousins gathered for another cousin's daughter's wedding at the Ocatillo Oasis and looked for a house that would be close to that venue and accommodate all of us. This house was perfect. We were disappointed the pool was not heated at this time, due to the unseasonably cold weather and what would be the subsequent cost, but we still enjoyed sitting outside during the warm afternoon. We play pool, some used the workout equipment and enjoyed cooking and eating together. It was a perfect house for us all.

Booked property as a summer staycation. We were attracted to the spacious pool and comfortable furnishings. It was perfect for our family. Best of all was the amazing host! James went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing week!

This was a wonderful solution for my wife and I to spend time with our seven children and their families. We had a lot of events to attend associated with our son’s wedding. It was nice to have a place to relax from the busy schedule. Everyone enjoyed the home, especially the pool.

Beautiful property! Kitchen was amazing. Beds were a bit small for sharing, but everything worked out great with a few sleeping bags. Owner was SO responsive and helpful. WiFi was great. Pool room was awesome!

Seriously though, this property is amazing! Great location, and close to everything we needed (and even wanted). This is a great stay for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the outside atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

This house and the property manager was amazing. He was very attentive and even helped is work out some last minute accommodations. The neighborhood is beautiful and all of the must have stores are close by.
I Will stay here again next time we travel to Phoenix. I've already referred this house you 2 other friends that plan to travel there

Great Experience
I rented this house so all my family could stay in one location. There were a few hiccups at time of check-in, however the Evolve team and the local contact were amazing. The response from the Evolve team and the local contact were immediate with a plan to resolve whatever issue I was having.
I would recommend using the Evolve team when booking a rental. This house is great if you have many guests and all want to be together. It's very spacious with lots of bathrooms. :)

Nice property, perfect for our group of 9 - four athletes and parents and our coach. Enough room for privacy and gathering. The kids loved the pool and space!

The kitchen was filthy upon arrival AND horribly stocked. There were 7 plates, 5 forks and 5 coffee mugs for the 9 of us staying. The manager did bring additional dishes over the next morning- no eating utensils though.
Dirty dishes and partially eaten food in cabinets and drawers.
Windows were filthy inside and out- especially the kitchen window above the sink.
The ice maker did not work.
No TV in master bedroom as advertised- we were informed there was no remote for the master bedroom, but no one mentioned the missing TV.
The large recycle garbage can was overflowing in back yard. Dog waste in backyard.
Large hole in dining room ceiling. Several electrical wall boxes (empty) were not covered.
Ceiling light and fans covered with dead bugs, dust and spider webs.
I read a review from another previous guest - he had said ‘house looked like beds were changed and nothing else done’. I totally agree. The bedrooms in the lower level only had bottom sheets on with dirty comforters on the top. The comforters has a strong smell of urine.
I am a rental home owner currently- have been for 30+ years. I would never have a rental property in such horrible condition.
The backyard could be very nice if it was kept up. One large dead tree is dangerous. Patio chair covers are very dirty.
