露天風呂から富士山が見えた事。

部屋の壁が薄い?となりの部屋の客が深夜まで騒がしかった。部屋の露天風呂のお湯がぬるかった。

期待以上の、とても思い出に残る旅を出来ました。

富士山が見えるロケーションが良かったです。家族風呂なので、気兼ねなく思い出に残る旅ができました。料理がおいしく、特に刺身が他にない内容で美味しかった。食事所も半個室なので、落ち着いていました。

家族風呂のみなので、他の方が空くのを待っていないといけないのが、ちょっと面倒でした。待ちくたびれてしまう方もいたようです。予約制か、時間制などを取り入れても良いのでは。

食事する所が他のお客様と接することの無い仕切り壁がされておりオシャレで落ち着いて食事出来ました。

夕食、朝食ともに満足

部屋の壁が薄く他の部屋からの話し声やテレビの音が聞こえなかなか寝付けなかった。大浴場がなく貸し切り風呂しかない。

Excellent Ryokan

Everything is good. The staffs are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The owner (shall be) which is 75 yo even tried to learn Bahasa Malay in advance to greet us. As per previous reviews, the dinner and breakfast are exceptionally good and worth the money. Besides that, the onsen is separate in rooms and can be used individually which is foreigners friendly. Especially those who are not used to bath with strangers.

The location is a lil bit far and inconvenience. Although we could see the sea from window. But it takes some times to reach the seaside.

Superb

The owner of the hotel was very welcoming, even though she didn't speak English. The guests were mostly Japanese, and as guests from China, we received special attention from them. The meals they serve are nice. The boss found out that my child could not eat raw fish, so she offered to cook it for her. The hotel's hot springs are also very clean. There is a bus stop near the hotel and it is easy to get around. There were many small crabs in the surrounding fields, which made the child very happy.

Comfortable stay, awesome food, attentive staff

The half-board dinner and breakfast were amazing and really filling with fresh ingredients used, and the staff also offers rice refills if the provided amount isn't enough. There were also two onsens to choose from, which are occupied on a room basis, which is very helpful for those who are not comfortable with using public onsens with strangers. The staff knew a bit of English and had hand-held translators for helping with more complicated expressions. I also noticed a lot of attention to detail for our comfort: - The staff personally saw us to our room and briefed us on some typical ryokan etiquette - There was already hot drinking water prepared in a flask when we arrived (no need to wait for it to boil) - A separate pair of slippers to use in the bathroom was already provided inside - The futons were already set up beforehand - On check out day, our shoes were already placed at the front (no need to look for our shoes in the rack)

The private onsen / shower area is outdoors, and there were blinds along the glass windows which acted as dividers, but the blinds were still relatively see-through (something to note if privacy is a concern). The door right beside the glass windows was also mainly glass, but there was no provided way to cover it up for some privacy when bathing.

Overall Good if the incident of the bugs did not happened

Very good variety of local food (Variety of Locally Fished Sashimi, Kinmedai Shabu Shabu, and other Local Dishes), in the breakfast we have an Aji no HIraki to be pan grilled on the table and other local Japanese small dishes. You can have the hot spring exclusive to you without additional charge which is a real plus for a hot spring aficionado. The room is simple and clean.

There are unexpected visitors in the room. (bugs) My mother got rid of 3 small centipedes and a medium-sized spider. My mother complained to the staff however little has been done which is a negative mark to the excellent service they do.

Amazing food and onsens.

The staff and the food and onsens were beyond compare. The views are lovely. Honestly the food is amazing. See pics.

The rooms are a bit dated. And the beds are futons. But honestly they are hard to sleep on. My back was killing me the first night.
