Easy access, clean and very comfortable. Great value. Will definitely be back đź‘Ť
Nothing. The experience was 5* start to finish.
4.5 / 5.0
very spacious room.
the bed is too small for 2 people.
it is good to put up photos of scenery instead of any religious bearing.
the heater on Sunday evening wasn't working - so we were pretty cold.

The bed, amazingly confortable.
The location and the check in at 15:00, too late.

Big comfortable room. Included the use of a washing machine.
It was overpriced for what it was without much included. The location wasn't great,

It was a clean property. Kitchen facilities second to none. Commute from City centre is good.
Struggled to operate the entrance key first time. Creaky staircase and acoustic insulation not great.

Very good value for money.
No complaints.
4.5 / 5.0
Spacious room, clean and cozy with a very comfortable mattress.
Nice common areas( kitchen and living room).
Good communication with the host, fast and easy self check in.
The area is quite and peaceful, with a few restaurants and a supermarket in the surroundings and the lovely Alexandra Park.
Far from the city centre. A bit noisy when walking up and down the stairs.

John and Cami were polite..and answered my calls
One of the days there were very noisy guests
Me and my friend next door could not sleep at all
They were very inconsiderate
Slamming doors and could hear their thumbing steps.
It was late at night
No t the guest house fault though..
If you could emphasise with more signs in accommodation for people to be respectful and quiet …

The room was very big and there were an couple of sofas too, it is nice to have a kitchen to heat food. The accomodation is nearby a bus stop and a Tesco, so it is well comminicated to the centre. It was also very nice I could do the check in 30 min before. The bed was very confortable too and quiet neighbourhood.great communication with owners.
The walls were quite thin as I could hear the guest downstairs snoring or going to the toilet.

Very comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating.

No hot water in the shower on the morning I had to check out.

Easy to reach by bus from the city centre. Easy to get in via the key safe. Had an en suite bathroom. Able to use the communal lounge and kitchen. Bright, light attic room with a lot of space. We had taken coffee sachets with us so we were able to make a hot drink in the morning, and eat a take away meal in the kitchen so that the room didn't smell. My other half was happy to watch football on the TV one evening.
Bed was very hard, could do with a softer mattress. We put some drinks in the communal fridge but they were stolen. Others in the building were quite loud when slamming doors late at night. People didn't lock the front door so security could do with improving.

I liked the location, room size and price. The room had great natural lighting and it very roomy for 2 people.
I didn't like that the room was always cold with no way to change temperature. There were also alot of spiders and the stairs are very creaky. I wish the bed had a sheet too and not just a comforter. I also wish we could use the kitchen to cook and not just re heat and that the laundry time frame wasn't so restricted.
4.0 / 5.0
convenient location, on-street parking
3.5 / 5.0
The location was good, it was easy to check in and out, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The floor is very creaky, especially the stairs, and the walls and windows had very poor sound insulation, so every time someone came into the house or walked around the corridors, or even just in their room, or if there were people / cars passing by, we could hear it very well. For this reason, we could not sleep well on any of the 2 nights we stayed.

Nice friendly area, lovely location, clean & tidy
3.5 / 5.0
Easy entry (key box), easy parking in the street.
Access to well equipped kitchen, with laundry facilities.
Spacious bedroom, clean enough.
Access to all motorways for easy travel around Belfast. 10 min by car from Belfast city centre.
Calm neighbourhood.
Tesco superstore a few minutes walk away.
Very simple bedroom and bathroom.
Not sound proof at all, creaking parquet, thin walls, woke up everyday by guest living above at 5.30am, walking in his room all early morning; heard same-floor guests in their toilet.
Bedroom not much equipped. One of the bedside lamps is for decoration only (no plugging possible, no lightbulb). No surface to put things.
Quite expensive for non-central location.

John was very helpful with directions etc....
It was all good

I felt it to be good value for money and realise I would have had to pay much more in the City Centre. I would have to weigh up the cost of taxis in and out of the City for the two day Conference I attended to see if I would have been better off in somewhere close to the Conference Centre.
I would have preferred to have had ensuite facilities, but that is not a complaint, just my personal choice. The bathroom was clean at all times.

View from the window. Proximity to two beautiful parks. Also very near to the Belfast Castle and Cave Hill which are roughly 40min walk away.
3.0 / 5.0
good location, clean
only one bathroom
