home is where the heart is

friendliness of the people, the location was relatively close to the city centre, shops and parks nearby. The bed (and floor) was comfortable. I liked how we could look at the stars at night. shower gel has a really zesty smell, and they considerately prepared make-up cleansing water for female tenant, I was amazed by this sweet movement.

facilities could be improved in the kitchen the oven and grill did not work. While the rooms had TVs they were falling apart. There were areas that needed better maintenance and cleanliness. The price was a little steep.

It was ok but for the time I’ll stay somewhere else.

The shared bathroom was clean, the check-in was easy.

My room smelled a bit, you could hear everyone else in the house. I didn’t actually see the host, all anonymous. Unionist area.

Disappointing

Communication good.Reasonable shower.

Location. No fan in bathroom. Smelt of smoke even although no smoking.Had to take towel from room to go to toilet. Attic room with velux window and blind that did not reopen once closed.

Very comfortable and convenient accommodation

The beds were very comfortable. The bedroom was nicely done out and we were very pleased with the ensuite and dressing room. The kitchen had everything we needed to get our own breakfast and heat up meals (there was a kettle, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, plenty of cutlery and crockery). It was near to bus stops (and a lovely park!) and about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station and a large Tesco.

It might not suit a very light sleeper as you could sometimes hear a little bit of noise from traffic/people.

I had a lovely 3 night stay, The room was Lovely and clean, the bed was comfy , and the room had a nice little TV. The bathroom downstairs was clean and functional I was very happy, it was also good value for money The townhouse is located not too far from the busses going into town so that was a bonus.

Great place for a solo traveller

It's a very serene place.On the first night I had the place to myself( atleast was made to know there were no other guests on that day). It's clean and neat but best of all it's very quiet.Its right next to a bus stop and you can find your way to the city centre.Its also about 15 minutes away when one is walking which is great. Walking distance to Tesco, KFC etc. The bed is comfortable too,which it was alittle thicker mattress but slept very well all the same. Was great overall.

On one day, there were works going on before 10 am in the bathroom...it didn't look very neat having spanners in the bathroom sink...guess was being done to ensure all was to run ok.

I think we almost got what we paid for with location but with a few upgrades would have been fine.

Clean. Helpful host.

Lighting in room poor. Not near any eating establishments. Seating chairs poor quality. Could up grade from plastic for price of room.

Good value, clean and comfortable

It was a good value for a stay in Belfast.

It’s in a residential area, not many restaurants nearby. It’s a ways away from city center. You can get a bus.

Comfy, Value for money, quiet area.

As breakfast isn't included, there is a cafe on the main road which serves a decent ulster fry, this is about a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a kitchen in the house which you can use, it is clean and has all the mod cons.

As i was out during the days for most of the 3 nights i was there, i cant really say anything bad.

Nice budget room for short stays

The room was well equipped with furniture. Very spacious. Located near bus stops to town.

No outlet for electricity near bed. Cold room as the fireplace was not well covered. Lack of soap in the toilet.
