This apartment is perfectly located for anyone who wants to visit Athens' historic sites. It's minutes from the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Plaka and Agora, across the street from the Temple of Zeus, and convenient to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It is exceptionally well-appointed, modern, and super clean. We had two couples, one with their adult son and adult brother. The apartment was just right for us - plenty of space for gathering around the large dining table or in the large living room, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, and privacy when we needed it. The kitchen is quite small but was adequate for us as we didn't cook meals there (just breakfast). Visitors should know that the apartment is on the second floor of a building that's on a major street and intersection, so there was quite a bit of street noise. City dwellers probably won't notice the noise, but we suburban folks were bothered by it. Our only complaint was a persistent odor of exhaust fumes. It was overwhelming at times and hard to ignore. We came back to this apartment a second time during our vacation in Greece and recommend it to others. In short: great location and terrific apartment at a very reasonable price.

The property was fantastic for our family of 6. We stayed for a week. The location couldn’t be beat. We could see historic ruins from our window and almost everything we wanted to do was just a short walk away.

Central to everything, really close to the metro. Even though it's on a main road, it's quiet inside. The hosts were available for all our questions. The apartment fitted 7 people comfortably and it was good to have a kitchen.

Great experience for a group that needed a place to stay & quickly explore Athens before cruise. Arranged transportation from airport & to port the next day took a lot of the angst out of arriving & getting around in an unknown city. The apartment was immaculate & exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Space for more with the pull out sofa which we didn’t need. A block away from great restaurants & easy walk to Acropolis. If I’m back in the area would definitely use this listing again. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience renting an apartment from Bill and John. John and his entire staff went above and beyond to make our entire stay lovely. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed. The place was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great (summers in Greece are hot, so it was nice to have a cool room to sleep in), and the location was perfect. I 100% will stay here again, and recommend any property from Bill and John, based on their impeccable hospitality! Efxaristo poli!!

Our family of 7 stayed here for a couple of days while in Athens. This place was beautiful and the view was great. Beyond that, the service was amazing. The property managers were immediately attentive to any questions we had. We loved the location, close walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay here and will likely book again for our next Athens trip!

We really appreciated our stay. The location was perfect, very central, able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The host made the arrangements very simple including transfers to/from the airport. So many options for restaurants within walking distance. It was awesome to go to the rooftop bar next door with Acropolis and Temple of Zeus views and finish the day with a good drink. The listing and pictures are accurate and exactly what we expected.

We loved our stay. This 3 bedroom apartment was lovely. It had plenty of room and was well located. We were able to literally walk everywhere in Athens within 15 minutes. It was very close to shops and restaurants. I would say my only complaint is when I booked it it clearly looked like from the apartment we had a lovely view of the Acropolis and we didn't. We had a view of the street. I think the apartments on the upper floors did have that view. So that was just a bit misleading to me, those pictures should be removed. But the place was great, service was wonderful. We were able to store our luggage on the front and back end of our stay and they helped arrange for transporation for us and gave us the most amazing list of restaurants!!! use their list, we had the best chinese food one night. Thank you for an awesome stay!!! I would absolutely rent this place again.

The roomy apartment was exactly as in the pictures. Very clean with very comfy beds. Check in was easy and they accommodated an early arrival. Located within walking distance to key attractions in Athens

Fun spacious apartment at the intersection of three different neighborhoods. Location made it so easy to enjoy central Athens via walking. Historical sites within minutes. Hosts were fabulous and easy to reach as well as they facilitated ground transport for us round trip to the airport (additional fee competitively priced for the convenience). Highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and was close to everything (sightseeing, markets, restaurants etc). The management was responsive and extremely helpful. We will be staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place (that feels like home) while in Athens.

The entire experience was great. The property owners/managers were very responsive in answering all of our questions. They even arranged a car service to pick us up from the airport. The easiest and best 90 euros that we ever spent! We had a host assigned to us for our stay (Alex). Alex was also great - he met us at the apartment, took us through everything, made some great recommendations for places to eat, and places to go. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. A very nice neighborhood - easy to walk in, easy to get to lots of restaurants. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis, and a variety of other historical sites. There's also a subway station right at the Acropolis, which makes it very easy to get to other parts of the city. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and clean. 3 big bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (and a small powder room). It was a perfect apartment in the perfect location, I only wish we stayed there longer!

Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was perfect for our family—so close to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum & so many other historically significant sights as well as a multitude of dining choices & the lively vibe. George was exceptionally attentive! We highly recommend this as the center for exploring Athens!

This property was close to everything we wanted to see in Athens. We were able to the metro from the airport, and then we just walked everywhere. The listing was accurate and the property had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable, and we all slept well. We left clothes in a closet, but we’re able to pick them up when we were back in Athens after touring islands. The company was so accommodating. Rent here for a great place to stay and explore all the historical sights.

Although we were only here for one night, our stay was wonderful. You can't beat the location, right next to the Acropolis, bars, restaurants and shops. The property itself is so beautifully decorated. We thought it blended the vintage vibe of the building with its beautiful hardwood floors perfectly with the modern decor and amenities. Although many of the windows face a very busy street, we weren't bothered by any traffic noise at all. Since the property is so close to everything we were able to take breaks throughout the day to return and drop off packages, change clothes, etc. The hosts were so attentive to our needs and questions. They arranged car service for us to and from the airport and sent someone to meet us when we arrived (early) to secure our luggage prior to checking in. We would definitely stay here again should we ever come back to Athens and only regret we had just one day to enjoy all the property offers.

This place was very well-located and clean. They arranged for transport to and from airport with a wonderful driver. Had a misunderstanding regarding the bed size .. Listing referred to king-sized bedrooms which I misunderstood to be king sized beds.

From booking to airport transfers and everything in between, this apartment was hands down one of the best I've ever stayed in. The living area was comfortable, as were the beds. My family spent a week in Athens. This lovely apartment made our visit so enjoyable. It is close to the metro, a nice grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. Moreover, it is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all you need. The bathrooms are fantastic as well. The apartment management is top notch. They arranged our transportation from and to the airport and provided numerous restaurant and activity recommendations. Highly recommend!

The property is located just steps from Plaka neighborhood and across the street from the temple of Olympian Zeus. Easy coffee and yogurt bar around the corner for quick breakfast. We needed some help arranging transport back to the airport and Sotiris made the arrangements and came to us to collect payment in advance. It was so easy! The apartment itself was comfy and clean with lovely COLD AC on a 100 degree day. Would definitely stay again

This was our first time visiting Athens and honestly we really weren't sure where to stay. This apartment proved to be perfect! It was within walking distance to the Acropolis, great restaurants, shops, etc. Most importantly the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and updated. Property owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

The property was extremely clean with Covid masks & hand sanitiser - great attention to detail. Host arranged a pick up from Ferry and we were then me by the host and given excellent information to meet all our needs. A very conveniently located apartment and excellent responsive service.

I couldn't imagine a more perfect rental. It was just beautiful and so spacious. The huge dining table was our location for planning our day and for sharing our pictures and stories at the end of each day. The location also could not be more perfect. Walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka, National Park, Temple of Zeus and so much more. Bus stop , grocery, and restaurants just a few steps away . What a wonderful option if you go to Athens.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, two teenagers age 19 and 16) lover our stay here. The location is perfectly situated. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the acropolis museum, the acropolis metro, and the entrance to the acropolis. The apartment itself is gorgeous with so much space. We wanted to move in! There were 3 bedrooms so we each had our space, and two and 1/2 bath so there was never a line in the morning for the shower. Many of the windows overlook the Temple of Zeus. We walked everywhere in Athens and never needed the metro, Including Syntagma Square (aobut 8 minutes walk), Monistiriki (about 15 minutes walk) and even to the National Archaelogic Museum (30 min walk). Exploring Athens was a real treat. There is an AB supermarket about 2 minutes from the apartment. There are several highly rated restaurants within a few minutes (Mani-Mani, Greek Stories, and Indian Haveli (downstairs) ) which were all excellent. The email communication prior to arrival as well as upon arrival was excellent. Alex arranged transfer to and from the airport and let us store our luggage until the room was ready. The apartment was immaculate. Airconditioning worked well. We were very happy that we were able to book this gem! Thank you!

Wow! What a great experience we had at the property. My review is mostly to help others from the USA understand the apartment and the surrounding area. First and most important is that the A/C works great in each room. The A/C units are individual to the rooms, but each one (dining and living, bedrooms) have them while the bathrooms do not. The windows are dual sets with double pane for each to keep the street sounds outside and the cool air inside. They offer remote controls for each rooms A/C unit which took a bit to understand but eventually we got the hang how to lower the cold air at night... We stayed in the first floor apartment which does require you to walk up some steps (5 to 10) before you can get in an elevator. It’s no modern elevator though, more like a turn of the century single person and if it’s out of order there’s another flight of stairs you would need to walk. The beds in the rooms are real USA queen beds and the mattresses were comfortable and covers/quilts very nice. The showers are both huge for Europe and the water pressure and hot water excellent (almost too hot!) The kitchen is fully stocked with an included Nespresso machine and a box of 6 Nespresso pods. You can’t beat the location...If you walk out the front door, turn right and another right at the corner, about a 3 minute walk (and that’s a slow walk) is a great market fully stocked called ABCity with anything you could need from fresh foods, to local wines. If you keep walking another 5 minutes you will arrive at the Acropolis Museum on one side of the lane and one of the entrances to the Acropolis/Parthenon on the other. From the Apartment, you can see an Italian fast food restaurant that’s great for kids and offers good take out when the only thing your pre-teens want to eat is pizza or pasta. If your a coffee junkie like myself, check out trip advisor as the number one coffee shop/bakery is about 500ft past the pizza place across the street. Apartment is modern and elegant and the view from the roof is great but requires a somewhat scary walk up outdoor stairs, not for anyone with a fear of heights or small children. View out the front windows are great. Only negative is the Internet access is painfully slow, but this really could be remedied by changing out the router/service as the device is past its prime. We loved our stay and would most definitely return as location couldn’t be more central...

The apartment is very good and clean. We were met by the property manager who was very friendly and gave us a thorough overview of the apartment and it has the best beds and showers we have had in the last 3 weeks of travelling and toiletries were also provided and they were very nice! The Owners helped with port and airport transfers which was fantastic. The apartment is located on the first floor and there is a lift for access if needed otherwise the stairs were easy. We bought Indian for dinner from the shop near the front entry and it was also very good. There is some traffic noise cause of the location but the location is very close to all main attractions and the noise didn’t stop us sleeping, all in all a very good choice!

I will certainly stay here again whenever I return to Athens.
