Located in a 1930’s neoclassical building, directly in front of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this masterfully completely renovated residence is a superb choice for your next stay in Athens.

Within less than 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian must visits, including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis and its Parthenon (5 min walk) and the Ancient and Roman Agora’s, as well as the Plaka (5min walk), this spectacular and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath residential jewel also features a living room with a convertible large sofa bed with a full mattress, high ceilings, and wooden floors. A perfectly comfortable home for 2 up to even 8 guests.

The two bedrooms feature a large double bed each, and the third bedroom two twin beds, all with American imported mattresses and furnished with high-quality linens and pillows for the ultimate sleeping experience. All bedrooms offer large smart TVs, individual stereo system with USB doors and ample closet space. The living room features two comfortable sofa beds one of which turns into an extra comfortable double bed making this home suitable for 8 guests. And a large smart TV with surround sound system. Both double bedrooms and the living room share a magnificent view of the ancient temple of Zeus.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing table and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and two blow dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by the renowned Greek brand “Korres”. The dining room area can accommodate up to 10 for a complete meal. The house is centrally heated during the winter months and furnished with air-conditioning units for the summer.

We stayed for 2 nights before flight home from Athens. The location is great for a quick trip, near the Acropolis and museum as well as lots of shops and restaurants in the Plaka. Apartment was as advertised with great AC. We would stay again!

My mother, sisters and brothers-in-law (7 of us total) stayed here for just one evening before leaving for a cruise the next day. I really wish we would have booked it for longer. It was very classy and modern. It looks even better than the pictures on the posting. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Many attractions, shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The little elevator was nice to get luggage up to the 2nd floor. The communication the week before and the day of arrival was excellent. We also worked with them for transportation from the airport to the rental and also from the rental to the cruise port. The transportation was perfect (even if we had a late flight due to the Microsoft meltdown). We had never been to Greece before and the organization of the transportation, the friendliness of the driver and a great place to stay helped to ease any nervousness about being in an unfamiliar place. I would highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our time at the Acropolis Exclusive Residence! It’s conveniently located to the Metro and easily within walking distance to many of the Athens sights. We appreciated that they let us drop our bags off to store safely prior to check in (we got in before the 4pm check in time) and they were great about communicating via What’s App, including sending recommendations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

This was a excellent renovated property in Athens! We were across the street from Olympia and within walking of all other sites. We were very close to shops and excellent restaurants! Property management was awesome and helped us with transfers and places to go.

Our family of 4 rented this apartment. It was a great size, had a washing machine (no dryer). We really liked the location! We walked everywhere! Short walk to Plaka and Acropolis! We loved it and definitely recommend!

We had such an amazing time at the Acropolis Exclusive Residence. We were welcomed by our lovely host and toured the property promptly. It is well equipped with just about everything you need and a large refrigerator. Only downside to the kitchen is that the sauté pans have seen better days and are in need of replacement. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and nice to have the A/C or heater unit in every room. Because it is in a very central spot, just across the street from the temple of Zeus, at night when the temperature drops the pollution drops into the main areas pretty heavy and is quite toxic. An air filter might be a good investment for the property. Otherwise no other notes and a quite a special place that is in the heart of Athens, nearby to everything you’ll ever need

Very easy check in. The building is right next to the bus stop and very close to the metro. We came from the airport by metro and it was simple! Walk to the Acropolis and all the restraints and shopping. Very clean with tons of room and even an elevator!

The location is in proximity to everything you want to see with a convenient hop-on-hop of bus a half block away, access to amazing restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is large and comfortable for a sizable group with great communication with the management. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great for us - comfortable, well decorated (really loved the lamps), close to the Athens sites and Metro. There's a good market around the corner. We were met at the door, helped get our luggage up to the apartment (there's an elevator, but typically small), given good recommendations and extra laundry soap when requested. We really enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located near the Plaka and across from the Temple of Zeus, this was a spacious modern apartment well equipped and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, the beds, including pull out sofa, were comfortable, and the AC was perfectly chilly. The kitchen was well equipped. A bit noisy from the stairwell but otherwise perfect. This was the perfect apartment for our party of 5 during our stay in Athens. Communication with the host was very easy. He even arranged transportation for us from the airport. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The building location was perfect for walking to the Plaka district and the Acropolis Museum. There were many good dining and shopping options very close to the apartment. It was our first trip to Athens, and we felt safe and very connected to this amazing city! Bill and John run a very quality, professional operation. Their ride service showed up on time and was very courteous. The unit is clean and spacious. Overlooks the temple of Zeus. Short walk to metro, restaurants, and the acropolis. My only negative comment is that the kitchen is too I’ll equipped for cooking full meals. Ok for breakfast and simple snacks. Also some street noise because it’s on a busy street.

This property was FANTASTIC. It was gorgeous, clean, incredibly spacious, quiet, perfectly located for our travel by door to the Acropolis, the Plaka, Monastiraki, the Parliament . . . We parked in the Syngrou Parking Fix which is an easy walk and very reasonable daily prices (we had a rental for our out-of-Athens adventures). This rental was an inviting place to return to at the end of a long day and we were able to be retired for the next day’s adventures. We ordered in the first night due to the long day of travel which was very easy! We made some food in the apartment thanks to all the amenities and amazing eating locations were just around the corner from the front door. If I/we are ever lucky enough to return again, we will look for this rental first thing as a location in Athens!!!!

I would rent this property again every time I go back to Athens. Outstanding location just a few minutes' walk from Acropolis entrance, Acropolis Museum, Plaka district, a metro stop, grocery stores and loads of restaurants. It's a nice property with good amenities and well-working showers. View across the street is to the Temple of Zeus. Two more VRBO properties by this owner are in the same building are are probably equally as nice. Check-in was great. The team also arranged for ground transport to/from the airport and a couple really nice and worthwhile tours outside Athens. I'd heartily recommend.

This place was perfect location walking distance to all shopping and walking distance to the Acropolis. We were visiting my daughter who was studying in Thessaloniki and enjoyed this place a lot. The host was very friendly and also available via whatsapp if you needed any assistance. They also arranged transportation from the airport for us and also from Athens to Thessaloniki as we had a lot of luggage.

This apartment is on a busy street, but right around the corner from the plaka. Thankfully, noise was not a problem. The apartment suited our needs for a family of 7. It was easy to get to all areas of Athens and short walks to many historical sights. Overall, it was clean and spacious, except for the larger bathroom. There was mold on the wall above the shower tile and the corners of the shower floor looked dirty, moldly. The shower head and diverter did not work well, so the pressure was terrible in that bathroom. Communication with the owner was fantastic, though, so that made up for the yucky bathroom.
