Very nice place to stay at and nice neighborhood close to a lot of things

We had a great stay! The house has such character and charm. Our family came to town to watch my son play baseball. We had a large group. The house was comfortable having enough rooms, beds and space for everyone. The kitchen was nice and big enough to cook for a large group. Our legs got a workout from all the stairs but everything was perfect!
4.7
The house was huge and perfect for our larger group. Everything was as listed and the location was great —walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

Nice!

Bedrooms and bathrooms are great for separate families
4.7
Was perfect for our group, adults without kids had the second floor and family with kids had the third and the lower level so there was space for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms, owners were immediately responsive to questions. Great neighborhood and close to sites and attractions we wanted to see.
Wonderful family vacation
4.7
We had a very easy check in & plenty of rooms, beds for sleeping and bathrooms. Close proximity to attractions. The refrigerator/freezer was broken, showed an error, management notified & no one came to check it. The floors were dirty, the rugs not vacuumed & mice present. While not the owner’s fault, the street was quite noisy at night.

We were looking for somewhere local as our past 3 years of celebrating our family Christmas was in the Ozarks. We were not disappointed at all, this place was 15 minutes away from home and we felt like we were in an entirely different state. We have 2 todlers and they enjoyed the steps. This was truly a family vacation.
Christmas was a blast for us 2023
Thank you

Worked great for a group of 7 SLU alumni to get together for a few days. 2nd floor gets really hot and little ventilation on that floor, which was uncomfortable w several 90 degree days. Otherwise a great location with plenty of space.
4.7
A superb base to enjoy the quaint neighborhood of Soulard, and close enough to Busch Stadium to walk. 3 generations all enjoyed and had plenty of space for privacy. Great fun!
4.7
Old college friends (7 total) meeting up in St. Louis had a great time at this house. It’s spacious, rooms are comfortable and offer privacy. It’s fairly centrally located for walking to restaurants and bars, or getting a quick Lyft to another neighborhood. Communication with property manager also was easy. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend.
4.7
This House was a perfect fit for our family vacation. The bedrooms were perfect for each family. Plenty of room and the dining room was used for a lot of card games. The only thing was we love to cook breakfast it was a short supply of supplies to cook with. But overall it was the best.
4.7
Lots of fun things to do in the neighborhood.
4.7
Great home that our entire family (14!) stayed in for our daughters wedding! Beds so comfortable. There are a lot of stairs so know that if you have anyone with mobility needs.
A beautiful historic home comfortable and wireless was strong!
4.7
The property was not quite as well kept as portrayed in the listing. Beautiful historic home but there were many small, unexpected surprises. It was not to the cleanliness standards I have experienced at other Vrbo properties we have stayed. Laundry was left in the washer and dryer, food left in the refrigerator, egg shells in the sink (upon arrival), and tiny rubber bands all over one upstairs bedroom floor. The dishwasher smelled terrible upon opening it and the upstairs shower was not clean (hair and debris in the corners). There was a missing floorboard in one bedroom that could pose a tripping hazard. The property manager was very receptive to the feedback about the cleaners and response time was very good. We had a great weekend with friends in the Soulard neighborhood.
4.7
House is in a good quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, markets, etc. The property management team is very helpful and responsive. I would’ve liked to see the house cleaned and maintained better. The floors were sticky, the upstairs bathroom had an interesting smell, and there was dust everywhere. They couldn’t even take the time to erase what the last guests had written on the dry-erase board. There were 7 forks total for a house listed up to 13 people. Overall ok.
4.7
The house is perfect for gathering of family or friends. Amply space, beds were very comfortable. The house is well maintained and the owner and rental agency is very easy to work with. We look forward to staying there again!

This house was the perfect place for my out of town family to stay for my son's wedding. We had a wonderful time all being together!
4.7
The property was nice, bedrooms were big, maintenance was very responsive. Very good central location with a park a few blocks away we could take the kids to. Getting to City Museum, the Arch, and Union Station were quick and easy, less than 10 min away. The door lock being coded meant we didn't have to mess with keys or worry about how to get back into the house.

My group of friends stayed here for a weekend to watch the Cardinals play the Brewers and couldn't be happier with this space! Everyone had their own room, and every room was spacious and cozy at the same time. The beds were huge and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the check-in and check-out process were hassle free. Would definitely book this again if I was going to St. Louis with a larger group.
4.7
Our family of 14 really enjoyed the lovely 4 story renovated home in the Soulard neighborhood. The home provided room for everyone to be together and still have some space for privacy. The kitchen was well equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, dishes, cookware and appliances. The location was convenient to the highways, downtown St. Louis, the Arch, museums, restaurants, “The Hill”, and so many other attractions. The management team was a pleasure working with and recommend this home for larger groups.
4.7
Close to many things like bars and brewery
Needs some deep cleaning of bathroom in basement, 2 vanities were water damaged , not enough glasses for number of ppl who can sleep here. Backyard fire pit but no chairs, landscaping was a mess with very uneven cement out front. Pros -lots of space for large group, good air conditioning, large refrigerator, easy parking out front . Wished we had more towels but overall nice stay.

Great place
Enjoyed the stay

Convenient location!
We were there for a Cardinals game, this was a convenient place to stay in a great little historical district - we felt completely safe and it was a short drive. The pizzeria and bakery had delicious food. The manager of this project was very responsive to my questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Came into town for a weekend of baseball/golf with some friends. Communication with host was great, property was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

The location was nice; it was on a quiet street with plentiful parking and just a short walk from some nice Soulard locations. The furnishings were nice and there was plenty of room.
The only issue was initial cleanliness. A lot of the counters were sticky and many of the dishes were noticeably dirty and had to be rewashed. We probably spent an hour, as a group, cleaning up the place when we arrived.
We would give the property one more shot, no one is perfect, and it was good overall. Initial cleanliness was the only problem; it makes me wonder where my cleaning fee goes.

Awesome Home in Soulard neighborhood
The home was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. The 2 bedrooms in the basement had a seating area w TV and mini sink, bar and wine fridge. 2 staircases to second floor. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and the fridge was huge. Security was perfect. There was a nice outside area that we really didn't use because of the chilly weather. Many nice local pubs and restaurants were within walking distance, and the neighborhood was beautiful, many homes decorated for Christmas. The Anheuser Busch brewery was also within walking distance and the lights were magnificent. We are looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future.

15 of us stayed for nearly a week in July (5 adults, 4 teenagers, 5 children and 1 infant). Sleeping arrangements with 7 bedrooms were perfect for our group. Conveniently located close to many St. Louis attractions. We walked to the Farmers Market which was quite a treat. Showers had plenty of hot water and beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. Management group was great to work with, always very quick to respond to any questions. House itself was a bit disappointing. Could have been a bit cleaner - cobwebs on light fixtures, hair in the shower drain, dusty blinds, couple of overlooked items under beds, a greasy stove.… It wasn’t terrible; we just expected better. Paint was peeling off the hallway wall and one bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. This house would not be our first choice if we visit the area again. If we could not find any other accommodations, we would stay here again.
4.7
This was a great location in a fantastic house with super easy parking. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to rest and spread out. As well as enough room to gather and play games! The surrounding neighborhoods are very nice and feel quite safe. We got to do and see a lot for quick trip- and loved the ease of stopping at “home” quick to change or rest. Bed was AMAZING- I slept so good!!! This was a great home with plenty of space for a big group at a great price!
