Great location for St. Louis activities, usually within about 15 minutes of activities and also in a nice city neighborhood. This house has plenty of bedrooms and comfortable beds for a large group or family with space to spread out. The four bathrooms for our 15 people were adequate. Having two washers and dryers was a plus. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. And communication with host had quick responses. We enjoyed this house as our home base for our week touring St. Louis.

Beautiful home!! Very very clean! We had 10 adults, a 9 month old, a 6 year old and a 9 year old. Plenty of room. Some of the adults stayed up and played board games until 1am. The littles and some adults went to bed early. Everyone was able to sleep well without any sounds bothering them. Great neighborhood. We felt very very safe.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!! The communication with the property management was easy and they responded quickly.
We had 4 kids ages 4-7, 2 babies, and 7 adults. This home made for the perfect place for our family trip. The room all the way upstairs made for the best cousin sleepover for our kids and every bedroom had plenty of room for the adults to have their own space. The beds were comfortable, the location was very convenient, the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. We loved the big dinning room table. If our family is going to be staying in the area again we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our family trip here in Tower Grove South. We walked to a local place, Rooster, for breakfast. Having a garage is very nice.

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in St. Louis for a family reunion. The location is great - we were just minutes away from several tourist spots we visited such as the Arch, Grant's Farm, City Museum, and the Dome. One concern our group had was if it was a safe area. When exiting the interstate from the south, the area of town seemed a little rough, but this neighborhood was very nice with historic charm and did not feel unsafe. We had children ranging from 17 to 5 and we never had to worry about their safety. The home was clean and while there were definitely some creaky stairs or doors, that just added to the charm of the older home. The only complaint is in regards to the carport area. There is a dumpster located right next to the carport in a tight alley and it is extremely difficult and tight to park a vehicle in this location. The garage easily fit two vehicles though, but it was easier otherwise to just park in the street for the other cars. Everyone agreed that this place was a hit for our stay, and we'd certainly consider staying again if we're in the area.

We had a great stay here - lots of space for people to spread out and get their own beds, and great common spaces downstairs. The neighborhood was nice - at least one lovely coffee shop was just a couple minute's walk away along with a slew of other shops, and it was quiet at night. Communication was easy, and we really appreciate the extra accommodation from the host. We would stay here again.

Home very dated. Needs a coat of paint and new carpet. And would get a wow factor in kitchen with granite countertops.

We had a wonderful quick getaway at the property. There were a couple issues. The large outside deck was not usable so that was disappointing. Also several of the shower/tub fixtures were not working properly and took a bit of figuring out. Great location and neighborhood!

This property was great for our weekend stay with family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. The property was beautiful and clean! It was within walking distance to a fun area including shops, restaurants and bars. Every bathroom was stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. My only complaint would be that there were no chairs or seating for the common outdoor space on the main floor which would have been nice for morning coffee. I had an issue with cracked shelving in the refrigerator during our stay. I’m not clear if this was a pre-existing issue, but I informed the host immediately and it was settled quickly and easily. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Our weekend with 10 high school (class of 88) girl friends was great. There was plenty of room and comfortable sleeping for all. We used uber to our downtown event and strolled through Tower Grove park for the farmers market. The location was great. With seven cars we were worried about parking but that worked out fine as well.

Great location in wonderful regentrified neighborhood. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen items could use help, especially for younger children-spoons, forks and glassware were way oversized!

Well kept property within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Lots of space and beds to accommodate a larger group.

I rented this house for a couple nights right before Christmas to spend time with my parents, my sisters, and their families, where were all coming from different places and going to different places for the holidays. In total, we had 4 couples, a single adult, and 7 kids between ages 2 and 10. The house was so spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Both a crib and a pack-n-play were available, as well as 5 bedrooms with a king bed, a bedroom with a single bed with trundle, and a bedroom with two singles with trundles, which was on the third floor. This room, which had it's own TV and full bathroom, was a great place for the kids to hang out.
The dining room had a large table that easily sat 8, but enough chairs to squeeze in 12. Kitchen was nice, and we used it to cook meals while we were there. Strangely, we could find only one wash cloth and no dishtowels, but we made do with items we had brought and bathroom towels. Maybe the cleaning team just forgot to restock those?
The day we were scheduled to check in was a winter storm, so we ended up coming into town a day early and staying at a hotel to avoid driving in the bad weather. I reached out to the manager to ask if we could check in early so we didn't have to find a place to kill 5 hours in the storm between leaving the hotel and check in and they accommodated us. Really appreciated that. Also appreciated having off-street covered parking for three vehicles.
The time we were there had windchills down to negative 20 degrees or so, and the house is quite old, so the bedrooms were drafty and probably got down into the 50s at night. But the living areas stayed plenty warm, and the bedding was very warm and cozy. We all slept comfortably. (My dad said it was the most comfortable bed he'd ever slept in!)
The only things that might have improved the stay would be more living room seating (with a higher quality couch), and more kitchen cloths and towels.
Given the weather, we just stayed in the house during our stay and didn't explore the neighborhood, but it seemed like it would be a great place for walking and trying new restaurants.
We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The house is great! In a nice little neighbor, within walking distance of several Restuarnt’s and pub.

The management company was easy enough to work with. I did get charged more than the listed price with companies fees + vrbo fees.
If you plan to cook there you are in luck because I bought some extra pans and left them there. I don’t know how a house that big only had 2 tiny pans.
The deck is literally about to fall down. It sways about 3in side to side from normal walking and makes cracking sounds if you get a few people on it.
Rooms are not as advertised. One has a curtain as a door that doesn’t fully seal. Another one you have to enter through a different bedroom disturbing anyone in there.
The place wasn’t up to my standards of clean. Floors were sticky and one closet was full of empty beer cans.
Overall we are a laid back group and had fun still but for just under 2 grand for 2 nights I am not at all impressed. It’s very clear they do the bare minimum to list the property.

Family Celebration
The house was nice but, it needs to be painted, the plumbing needs work, it needs to supply more face towels, it has a patio but only one rusted out chair and they need to do some work on the lawn behind the house. The living room furniture needs to either be cleaned or replaced. You all charge a lot to stay at this residence so I don’t think it’s asking too much to do some changes.

St Louis House
This is the third house that I have rented through VRBO and have always been impressed and very pleased. Over all the St. Louis house was clean and adequate. It was also spacious for myself and my seven Vietnam vet friends. The location was great and I would recommend this house to others. However, we do have some suggestions that we believe should be addressed: The water pressure in the down stair bathroom was slow and the upstairs bathroom lighting was extremely poor. Thus, shaving was difficult. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working and the downstairs AC needed the batteries replaced. The screws in the kitchen counter chairs needed to be tightened and the downstairs bathroom bolt did not work properly. Lastly, painting of the second and third floor walls should be completed prior to renting the home again.

Perfect Spot
We gathered for a Cardinal weekend, and the location was ideal. 15 min to Busch stadium, walking distance to Tower Grove Park, and a great pizza joint (Blackthorn) a stones throw away. Superb house and bedroom/bathroom options. Highly recommend this home.

Our group of 10 loved the large bedrooms and spacious common areas. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive! The pizza place across the street is amazing!

80th Birthday Celebration
ABSOULUTELY AMAZING!!! Words cannot express the gratitude of the host and the home!!! This has been the BEST VRBO experience I have had in the 12 years of using VRBO.
FIRST: Thanks SOOO MUCH for the flexibility of allowing an early check in so that we could attend mass services on our day of arrival. We booked this house for my mothers 80th Birthday Celebration and she LOVED EVERYTHING!! The home allowed her to have all daughters, spouses, and grandchildren under one roof without the separation of staying in a hotel and visiting each others rooms.
SECOND: THE HOUSE IS ABSOULETLY AMAZING!! It is presented just as it is represented on this platform. The location is THE BEST!! With shops and eatery's within walking distance and VERY CLOSE to downtown.
We brought folding chairs to enjoy the deck area in the back and the men LOVED this space to get away from the "lady conversations" LOL!!!
PARKING: THANK GOODNESS for the garage and the parking pad. We had 3 vehicles and it worked out perfectly for our family. The alley to enter is very tight so large SUV's may encounter some issues with getting in and avoiding the trash bins close by.
THIRD: THE HOME IS WONDERFUL!! I WOULD DEFINETLY stay here again!!!

Perfect for our group
Our stay here was great. The house was perfect for our 2 families in St Louis for Spring Break. Plenty big enough for everyone to have their own room. Previous reviews let me know that the downstairs bedroom only has a curtain instead of an actual door, so we knew and were fine with that going in. The house is conveniently located and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I wouldn’t call the kitchen “well stocked” but we were able to make basic meals here with plenty of daily dish ware. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautifully Huge Home
We absolutely loved our stay at this supreme duplex. It exceeded our expectations for a group of 10. It’s like the rooms just kept coming! Everything was phenomenally clean & everything was pure luxury. We even hired a private chef to cook us brunch & he had more than enough utensils to cook for our group. I’ll recommend this place to everyone…. It’s absolutely perfect

Family Wedding
This house was very accommodating for our large group attending a family wedding. Vance was great to work with and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The neighborhood was quiet and the location provided us easy travel to areas of interest and downtown St. Louis. The house and bedrooms were spacious and nice. The two car garage was beneficial and parking on the street was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Home-base for Gathering
A charming late 1880's home which has been updated with modern amenities to suit nearly every situation a family may need during their stay. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and small nooks to hideaway or snag a quick nap.

Nice weekend
Nice older property, needed dusting and such but overall was fine.

The property is in a great location for a visit to St Louis. House is very roomy with space for extended families or groups of friends. Five King size bedrooms on the 1st two floors with a 3rd floor space that could sleep 4 more. The 2nd floor also has a trundle bed bedroom. The 4 full baths make it perfect for a large group. The garage is nice. Outdoor space is not very usable. With small children we did not use the 2nd floor deck. A small negative was that there was no ice maker. A huge positive was the management of this home. They are responsive and kind. I left an expensive necklace in the home and it was returned to me in 2 days time.

This home was perfect for our family of 12 people. The table was big enough for everyone to sit at the same time. The kitchen was great to cook and have people to sit at the island at the same time. There were plenty of dishes and cookware provided. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy. Although the property isn't directly across from Tower Grove Park as mentioned, it's pretty close. If we ever have a need we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.
