Great hotel, and I would say best value for money in Bangalroe

Great price and superb value for money. Food good

They was a 10 year old birthday party going on in one of the public areas and the disco music was far too loud. There was NO consideration for other guests at the hotel.

Breakfast was good.

They did not give crib bed for the baby as promised. They charged me more for the food.

نظافته و معاملة الموظفين و الترحيب

وجود ضوضاء من الطابق العلوي لغرفتي في المساء تحديداً و الخدمة بطيئة جداً اذ أضاع الموظف ملابس و استغرق الوقت للبحث يومين حتى ان وجدوا الملابس ، و عند طلب اي خدمة في الغرفة تكون الاستجابة جداً بطيئة و خدمة طلب الطعام في الغرفة يستغرق الوقت اكثر من ساعة لتلبية و تجهيز الطعام و كذلك ان كنت اريد الدفع في الغرفة لا يقبل الدفع اذ يتوجب ان ادفع في الاستقبال

Best place to stay in Bangalore

Salman and his team at the reception were kind and humble. Chef was very friendly and the food varities were amazing. Please continue to offer the best. Grand mercure is a highly recommended place to stay in Bangalore. Thanks for making our stay unique.

I traveled with my parents and, together, we had an experience of a time. Everyone and everything at the hotel was exceptional. Truly, a bonafide 5-star experience! PS. A special shoutout to Mamata at the front desk, Sandip at La Utsav, and Ankit (cleanliness).

Upscale, friendly place in the heart of Bengaluru.

The property itself was very well maintained, clean, and elegant. The lobby smelled wonderful! The hotel staff were very professional and courteous. Overall, the hotel itself was excellent.

Location. There isn't much to do specifically around the hotel. It's still a bit of a hike to go to Indiranagar, or to wait to get an Uber. So if you're willing to get a car or be reliant on Uber/Ola/Auto, this would be a great spot for you.
