A good place to stay, has all you need and very helpful staff.

It had everything needed for a short stay. The staff were very helpful.

It was a little too far from the centre for us. Being from the UK and not familiar with the location caused us difficulties when getting tuk tuks.

Nice neighbourhood. Peaceful and quiet. Had in-house parking

Disappointed with the stay. What we see in the pics and reviews are misleading. Very dirty/unkept rooms Very rude and non helpful staff. Slotted room did not have fans and lights functional. Staff did not help us with the room change and left us on our own to shift to other rooms few floors above Stayed there for 5 days.Rooms are never cleaned in spite of reminding them. Pics shown in the site is not what you get. The manager was helpful in fixing some of the issues but then , we we’re already disappointed and pissed off. Damage control did not help Rooms are small Sheets and towels were not clean. Had stains and looked old.

Don’t ask for help to rent taxi

Close to IIS campus

A reception staff managed for a pre-paid taxi to the airport for me. But, I noticed that he arranged an Uber taxi with a price two times higher than the real price. The taxi had battery problem. If you stay at this hotel, don’t ask the staff to arrange a taxi for you because he make a business for himself. Just rent an Uber taxi. Manager of the hotel, who is a good person, told me be careful that taxies may charge you a lot because you are stranger, but his own staff finally did such an unexpected action.

Nothing special but location

The location is great, a beautiful lake and park nearby and many wonderful coffee shops in walking distance.

Other than location the manager, staff, room are just average, nothing special. I won't stay there again, I left with many insect bites on both legs.

The staff was friendly and there was free water available . The rooms were clean. It was also possible to check in early (6am) for an extra charge.

My room was pretty dark because the only window in my room faced the neighbouring house.

Location is excellent for people visiting Indian Institute of Science. So is the behaviour of the staff. Hot water is available 24x7. Bathroom fittings are modern.

Lack of kitchen/food services. One has to use app-based food delivery services to get food. That can be problematic if the deliveryman doesn't know which room to deliver the food to. The bed-mattressis too soft. Not good for people with back-pain.

Good and Calm location.Good and neat room, but toilet cleanliness was pathetic. Felt like floor and wall tiles got washed 6 months back. Don't expect any food in property, neither nearby locality.
