About this house rental

Hill’s Hummingbird Haven is a quaint home that offers a peaceful stay for visitors to the Sierra Vista area. We are located five minutes from Fort Huachuca, and have easy access to the 90 bypass. Our guest have full access to an attached garage with additional parking if needed. There is a local bike rental shop minutes away from the house for your own cycling adventures. Restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores are all within a 5 minute drive from the townhome.
The interior is tastefully designed with an eclectic mix of European and South West influences. This townhome has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed in each. There is a full service kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and TV room with a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a folding twin cot in the master bedroom closet as well. The back patio is private and guests are welcome to use the grill with plenty of outdoor seating available. Feel free to fill the hummingbird feeder’s and get your cameras ready for an acrobatic dance. Please read house rules prior to booking your stay.
For the security of our guests this home has one outdoor security camera at the entrance and it is turned off after guests check in.

The property was lovely, clean, and charming. It was a quiet and well stocked townhouse. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in the Sierra Vista area. Next time we go to the area, we would stay here again!! You won't be disappointed!

This was the perfect stay! Every single detail about this property was intentional and wonderful. From the location (conveniently near the base and town) to the thoughtfulness behind all of the small details, we would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here. We spent 4 nights and loved the entire experience. I have had so-so experiences before with other hosts, but cannot recommend this one highly enough. Everything was enjoyable, clean, and comfortable. It felt like staying in my own home, only better! We were able to cook, grill, wash our clothes, enjoy the AC, and shower (with great water pressure). I was traveling with elderly people who have some mobility issues and it was accessible and restful for them which was a huge bonus. Anyone visiting the army base or area should absolutely stay here.

This is a well kept place perfect for a family. The rooms were welcoming and just the right amount of space for privacy. Things like coffee beans with a grinder and simple breakfast items were a welcome surprise. The 4 star is only because the patio area could use some attention. It was too warm to use anyway. Otherwise everything else was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed this home so much. It had delightful touches that led to great conversations about past history when people did things differently. An example was the antique phone and tea sets. Beautiful and functional as well as decorative. Our host was available and met our every need. I will always see if this home is available when we visit here again.

This place is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. There are breakfast items available, so you can sleep in on late arrivals. The rooms are spacious for relaxation. This is our second time staying and will reserve again when visiting family.

This property was just as advertised (in fact better). We got a chance to meet our hostess (Theresa) as we were checking in and she was very accommodating and personable. She even took the time to give us a short tour and tutorial before she left. This was one of the best well stocked homes I have ever stayed in during my many times in VRBO locations. Theresa even left us a couple of "goody" items along with all the other personal touches she provided. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here should we visit the Sierra Vista area again in the future. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this property.

Haven is the perfect word for this home. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the homes layout provides for privacy and togetherness. Our host Theresa generously provided delicious breakfast items. She was very helpful with recommendations for great dining in the area. All communication with her was great, it felt like I was talking to a friend. I would go out of my way to stay there again.

The house was very comfortable and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The owner contacted me with the information on the property before our arrival. There was everything you needed for a visit away from home. We were able to visit different tourist sites, all within a short distance from the house. I fully recommend this house to anyone visiting Sierra Vista, AZ.

This property was spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to work in. The TV room was like a "man cave" for the one of us who needs that. The beds were comfortable. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The living room with "candles" in the fireplace was pleasant for one to curl up with a good book in hand. This a great place to get away from the cold of the north, relax, walk and enjoy the area.

We loved the place - cozy, eclectic & super convenient to Ft. Huachuca! Welcome note & treats were a really nice touch. Host was exceptionally responsive & considerate even when our length of stay had to be adjusted.

Never expected such personal attention! My BFF and I came for our annual birthday trip, and this place did NOT disappoint! Lovely accommodations, loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Just plain overjoyed with the entire process and accommodations.

Nice place and very comfortable. Will consider staying there again. A couple suggestions: please trim the cacti that overlap the sidewalk as the spines present a hazard to anyone walking in to the home. please replace the umbrella

The place was absolutely wonderful, beautiful rooms to sleep/sit in. The hostess had a wonderful coffee cake and other items to make it feel welcoming. The townhouse had information/pamphlets for attractions in the area. Especially liked going out in the mornings and watching the hummingbirds.

This is by far the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Everything was very clean, plus the directions for locating the property and entry lined up. The host went above and beyond to make us feel at home for the duration of our stay. If we get an opportunity to visit Sierra Viesta again and the surrounding community, this is the first place we will look at to see if it is available. I highly recommend Hills Hummingbird Haven.
