Amazing stay

The service was top-notch, everyone is working hard. The house manager/ owner is always at the desk and ready to help. Location is not even a minute walk to the beach where the main surfing is. Road and beach side are both surrounded by shops and restaurants. We both enjoyed our stay!!

The only downfall I would say was the sea view room. Since there are properties in front and the building is not that high, you don't really get to have a beautiful view. But it's still ok, I was able to see the waves from our balcony. 😅

Sauberes Zimmer neues gepflegtes Hotel in nicht guter Lage

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Der Eigentümer war sehr korrekt, nur genau so unzufrieden mit booking.com

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße, somit war der für uns so wichtige Balkon nicht nutzbar, Abgase, laut und keine gute Aussicht. Der ursprünglich angegebene Preis von booking.com hat nicht gestimmt, wir haben letztendlich 17,00$ mehr bezahlt. Vom Eigentümer korrekt abgerechnet, auf der Seite von booking.com irreführend angegebene Preis, 44,00$ hat nicht gestimmt :-(((

Excellent value for anyone wishing to stay.

Excellent accommodation, extremely clean, breakfast was excellent. Staff were super friendly, 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of choices of bars and restaurants close by. Would recommend to anyone. Although facing the road was not disturbed at all.

There was nothing not to like, so no more to add.

Superb

I was travelling to Hikkaduwa from Colombo from February 12 till 18th, 2023, I was initially planing to stay for 3 days but I extended it for 3 more days as I was very satisfied by my stay. An owner is very friendly and his staff is usually on duty. So I was satisfied with a hotel, big bathroom, breakfast and very good location with a fantastic beach and many brilliant restaurants behind.

Nice local hotel, Access to beach with sunset view just around the corner

Very friendly owner, he helped me out about where to go and to grab a bus. I got a great fruit platter to my breakfast with very delicious fruit.

Friendly and very professional staff. Helped us to park our car and get on the street when there was a lot of traffic. Solved any questions or problems we had. Placed very close to the best beaches. Delicious breakfast. Clean room with good A/C. Has a little balcony to chill in the evening.

Best holiday ever!

The owner of the hotel is very hospitable and attentive. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable mattress. The best prices for excursions, comfortable transport to the airport, parking for cars and mopeds. Convenient location of the hotel. Liked everything)

Very clean calm and cozy place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Located just next to the beach, there are many good restaurants nearby

View from our windows was at the yard of some neighbour living buildings, make sure to choose room on 3rd floor or higher

Best in Hikkaduwa ;-)

Beatiful and clean hotel with friendly people, rooms are large enough, we have one with balcony and sea view so it was a big plus for us. We had a fridge in our room to keep our beer cold;-) Everything is new in the hotel. Breakfasts were continental and tasty but also got the possibility to try Srilankan one and it was a great choice. Location is perfect, situated within walking distance to everywhere, 1min to beach, 10 mins supermarket and liquer shop, many restaurants around. Recommended to everyone who wants to spend a holiday in comfort for a reasonable price.
