Quietness and location
2.5
Relatively easy access to the beach.
Noise from the motorway located just by. Wear down of the apparent resulting from lack of maintenance for some time where the photos on Booking.com don't reflect a true status. Dog's poop in front of the balcony which was not removed by the personnel who was passing this on daily basis. Black outs...

Prywatny domek na posesji, w domku wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Mimo chłodnych wieczorów w styczniu nie było nam zimno dzięki klimatyzacji. Domek na obrzeżach Marbelli, bliziutko do plaży.

Very cozy independent small house in a quiet location, with a beautifully maintained garden with the possibility of sitting outside. Very nice, vintage furnished and clean interior, kitchen with all the necessary equipment, air condition. Wifi was very fast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Parking on side of the street. It was my best stay in Andalucía, I will definitely come back one day!
Too short stay (5 days only).

Location was convenient: outskirts of the city but well connected. the room was large but basic with simple furniture although overcrowded. kitchen supplies were complete so you could eat there. free parking on the road.
Bathroom was old and shower very narrow. Garden was nice but maintenance was little.

Room was cosy and well laid out/decorated. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful with plenty of hot water and we were able to keep the room nicely warm. Kitchen had enough equipment for a relatively short stay. Owner was helpful and knowledgeable
Very little space to sit outside the room with no cover outside to shelter from the rain. Rear metal staircase had holes in the steps large enough for our dog’s feet to have become trapped, so we didn’t use them. Front of room outside space needs to be fenced off with a gate to stop other peoples’ dogs from being able to roam in freely. Also the storage space below wasn’t fully fenced off and the gaps where there was fencing, were too wide and some areas not fenced off at all. We felt the need to closely monitor our dog at all times.

This place is a 10 out of ten. I will definitly come back and stay here for a lo ger time :D
The check in was flexible, the hosts were always responding, helping me with the luggage and had a lot of tipps for eating out or different activities around the place. Also you habe the possibility to savely park your car.

The host was very nice and very responsive whenever we had a request. Adorable, cute, educated and caring dog to welcome us on many occasions. The house had space for 4 people and the kitchen was well equipped to cook.
The house is located right next to the highway. Very noisy and the bedrooms don’t have sound-proofing. Made it difficult to sleep.
Very strong musty smell which permeated the sheets and clothes. Not very pleasant.
Hot water on and off when showering.

Extremely nice stuff.
Unfortunately, the house had an un barely smell of mildo, including the wardrobe and bed! What a shame, totally spoiled by the smell!!!

You have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipt. The house itself is unique. The neighborhood is very safe. The yard is green and well manicured.
The complex is a little bit isolated. If you need to buy a bread or a coffee you need to take the car or bike and is necessary to cross the highway.

Cosy and nicely decorated - the touch of an interior designer was obvious, which made it stand out from other available accommodations. Javier was more than helpful, giving us tips about what to see, where to eat etc.

This was a perfect place for me and my little dog. Cozy house with nice patio. Safe to let my dog play in the garden along with the owners friendly dogs. Javier is very nice and helpful.

We stayed in a lovely well designed studio. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was good. The host’s dogs were really friendly and our dog got on well with them. The property is within easy reach of the local beach - just a short walk away and there are a couple of beach restaurants nearby, plus a hotel just up the road. The centre of Marbella is just a short car or taxi ride away. The host, Javier, was super helpful and went out of his way to assist us.
A useful addition to the kitchen would have been an oven, but there is a microwave and hob available.

The house was lovely! I like the way it was decorated. I love that we had our own ensuite rooms. I didnt realise there were 2 bathrooms in the house. Wonderful!

Great location for visiting Gibraltar and Malaga. The unit was very comfortable and charmingly decorated. The dogs were cute and friendly. Public beach was a 10 minute walk.
Facilities such as groceries and coffee shops were accessible only by driving. Beach restaurants were a fair walk.
3.5
Nice location if you have your own car
The Aircondition in one room was HOT. Can’t sleep in hot weather
