Enjoy Alabama's beautiful beaches when you stay at this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo steps away from walks on the beach under the Alabama sun! Boasting 1,800 square feet of well-appointed space, with accommodations for 10, this property has more than enough room for larger families or groups of friends together. Retreat to this luxurious Gulf front vacation rental condo and watch all of your worries float away!

It will be effortless to settle in and make yourself at home in this 1,800 square feet condo with an open and airy floor plan and floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the spacious living room, you'll find a flat screen TV with satellite for watching your favorite shows or surfing on the free Wi-Fi provided, as well as a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and all the necessary appliances for whipping up gourmet delights! Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker provided. The high bar counter has 4 barstools while the dining area has one 6-chair dining set. From here, you can step out on to the large balcony. After a day full of fun, retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms which all have flat screen TV's and plenty of closet space to rest up for more adventures the next day! The master bedroom suite has a king bed, and the master bathroom has a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a plush king bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the third guest bedroom has two cozy twin beds.

When you're ready to step out of the condo, you'll have access to a variety of great amenities within the complex. Take a dip in the outdoor pool or indoor pool! There's also a tennis court for some outdoor recreation time. Ready to head to the beach? Take a stroll down the private boardwalk and feel free to use the outdoor shower station to rinse the sand off on your way back in. If you want to show off your grilling skills, a BBQ area and outdoor dining sets provides the perfect place! The Enclave is walking distance to Wal-Mart, Rouses, Cactus Cantina, Moe's Bar B Que, Surfside Pizza, Del's Ice Cream, Cafe Beignet, and more wonderful shops and eateries.

Whether you're looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $25 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

Overall, this is a great location! Ground level makes it easy to get in and out of condo. Condo has been partially updated, still needs a few updates, but overall we had a fantastic day.

Great location, very clean, had everything we needed but food, easy access to beach and pool and store for supplies. We had 9 people - a mixture of both adults and children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The three bathrooms were a plus. We would stay here again!

It was a great stay and location. The master bedroom footboard killed our knees. lol you would think after the first time it was there. Also we never got the twin bed room tv to work. I also wish it had some handicap handles in the showers and bathrooms but we made it work for my elderly father. Thank you so much for helping us make these wonderful memories!!!!

Adult children and 2 toddlers joined us (grandparents) for a repeat vaca (second time to rent this property), for the week. Roomy condo, well equipped kitchen, ground floor with walkout door to pool and boardwalk to beach is perfect! Could use superficial cosmetic updates, but we totally happy being there!!!

When the condo popped up on VRBO, I knew it would be perfect for us! Twin beds in a pink flamingo room for my granddaughters, ages 2 and 4! What could beat that?? How about your porch being 30’ from the zero entry pool?!? Again, perfect for the little ones! Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. New Samsung washer and dryer.

Can’t beat the first floor access to pool and beach. It was a little noisy because the main floor elevator was right outside our room but it was worth it to be able to walk right out into the beach. All the kitchen utensils we needed were there and 3 grocery stores were within 2 blocks. Great location, great vacation.

We have stayed at this condo for approximately the last fifteen years at Thanksgiving. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is always wonderful and everything went very smoothly. Our rental company was great to work with in every aspect.

Absolutely perfect for our family. Location is spot on! Enjoyed being on the bottom floor by the pool. Great pool for the kids and adults! Enjoyed the short distance to walk to the beach. Enjoyed seeing the ocean from the back patio of the condo. Kitchen was nice and clean and had plenty of cooking items. Could use some new non-stick skillets but other than that, really great! I would highly recommend this unit! I hope to book it again!

Loved easy access to the beach from our back door. Property was conveniently located across the road from Walmart. I could see how parking could be an issue during busy times but we didn’t have an issue. I wish the pool gate had been open earlier than 8, but that’s really the only negative I have. Great stay!

Great location. Plenty of food stores, restaurants and a great beignet place is across the street, all within walking distance. Easy access to pool and beach. Parking is horrible but the security guard was able to point us in the right direction. There were empty owner parking spots, maybe those could be used by the renters when the owners are leasing their units.

The place was great. Loved the access to the pool and beach on ground floor. I gave the overall rating a four, not because of the condo but the parking. The parking was terrible. First come first serve and not enough spaces to serve all guests.

Excellent location, furnishings, kitchen equipment. Plenty of room and beds comfy. Very short boardwalk to beach, and pool 5 steps from patio. Only issue we had was the floors were filthy. Not with sand, but it had not seen a mop in a while. We finally quit spot-cleaning and just mopped the whole place. But I’d rent again. Everyone loved location.

Ground floor next to the pool was great, short walk to the beach. Would prefer bunk beds as opposed to pullout couch but the place was excellent. More than enough room for 11 of us. Stores right across the street, quite a few restaurants, everything is really easy to get to. The indoor pool was good for the kids at night or even early morning swim before they were ready to hit the beach. Just need to make sure to take 10miles the amount of sun screen next time.

The listing is just as you see online. The bedrooms with their own bathrooms were helpful with 3 different families staying! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. With the pools so close, and beach so close, we were able to fully enjoy our stay! Great place!

Terrible property, You coukd not enjoy the ocean view due to doors being replaced. It felt like property needed to be condemned. It woukd be ok if someone wanted a motel 6 experience. The patio was awful, filthy and ants crawling all over it. Would never recommend.
