About this house rental
The house dates back to 1750 and has been completely renovated and refurbished in recent years. It is located in an old romantic museum village, the Unesco World Heritage Site. The location is wonderfully quiet and still is reached by car or ski bus in 5-10 minutes right at the base of Bad Gastein or Sportgastein.
To the house:
There were only uses natural materials and exposed a lot of effort old floors and wooden ceilings again. Each of the single or double room has a private bathroom. The ground floor has a beautiful Zirbelstübe is with wooden kitchen and a large fireplace. In addition, 2 newly renovated double rooms with private bath and a small spa area with a large shower and sauna. Also located on the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a Gästeklo. On the first floor are further double and 1 single room with bath. In. 3 Basement is the absolute highlight of a 100sqm loft in Alpine Lodge style with 2 large comfortable sofa corners, a large table and a grand fireplace. The house has more than one attachment. There is 1 double bedroom and a living / sleeping area. A great bathroom and a small kitchen makes this apartment to their own little house. Good for personal / au pair or larger children. Modern technology WiFi, 5 flat screens, and nice dishes, pots etc. are standard features of the house. Ample parking for at least 3 Cars. The restaurant next door is perfect for Austrian delicacies and a short walk of about 8 minutes brings fresh bread to the house. For larger purchases several supermarkets are within 5 minutes by car.
