Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, Restaurant gleich unten, Frühstück ok, Kabel-TV

Ausstattung veraltet, abgenutzt und zum Teil beschädigt ; Bad wirklich unschön und dessen Einrichtung auch z.T. beschädigt ; Preis-Leistung passt nicht ; Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, das Laken hab ich als Decke lieber nicht benutzt, sondern mein eigenes Handtuch genommen ; Matratze durchgelegen

Perfect!

The staff were incredible and exceeded all expectations, always looking to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable! The property was super central, in walking distance from the port if you get a ferry as well as on a strip of restraunts.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Great location for bars, restaurants, a walk on the promenade and also 5 mins from the port. The room was small but clean and comfortable and excellent value - especially considering the vast breakfast cooked freshly for us. We will be back.

A kettle to make a hot drink would be useful but it’s just a minor point.

Staff is for sure excellent. They know how to take care of the guests. Ramo, the owner, knows what he's doing. Location is very suitable as well, with fast access to the promenade and other places. Good restaurant.

One thing I didn't like is the smoking-allowed restaurant. But you will experience this in many places in Albania. Also the room needed a few touches (broken shelf, broken handles in shower etc). They should invest a bit into this.

Fantastic hotel - definitely recommend!

The staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Our room was clean and spacious with a small balcony area included. The breakfast had a range of choices and was absolutely delicious. The toiletries provided were very good. The location was great, on the beach and next to the ferry & bus terminal. Would definitely recommend.

The fridge would turn off when the key wasn’t in the electrical plug. Not too much of a both for us though.

New rooms, very kind host, a great experience and great place to stay for vacation.

Nice and clean rooms with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The hosts very very kind offered their help with anything. We will definitely come back!

Bikers come here

If you are biker this is the place to stay in Saranda,located at city promenade,supermarket located next to hotel,nice restaurant,safe parking spaces for bikes.Ramo is the person who look after you.

The location was next to the port and the sea view was a great facility. The staff was attentive and we werw more than happy to have the parking option especially because of the parking situation in Saranda in general. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The shower was a bit rundown and would need some attention. Also the breakfast was okaish but not enough. Although i appreciated that we could select the coffee or any other preferred drink during breakfast.

Staff & owner wonderful & helpful. Attentive & good service at breakfast, restuarant & hotel

I stayed for 3 nights and it was a relax & cosy feel. The hotel location is near the port & local produce market. The room, bathroom & towels every day clean & fresh. Breakfast was good. I like the fried eggs done with the yolk still runny and the white cheese was delicious. The hotel restuarant served very good food and wine. I had lunch on checked in and dinner the night before checked out. Your burschetta the best in Saranda. I enjoyed your sauteed mussels especially dipped the bread in the juices, super delicious. Thank you for the nice food & nice stay

It was quiet most time past midnight but once someone shouted it was loud but under control when you see the police is always around nearby

The location is really good, in a quiet place. No fuss. Shop next door. Public beach and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs where you can get breakfast, food and drinks. Staff very friendly. The rooms are clean and affordable. I recommend.

The pictures showed a breakfast table, which we were looking forward to, but it wasn't there. A breakfast menu would have been necessary. The trash in the toilet is broken and the shower cubicle is a little out of date..

Good value for money stay in the centre of Sarande.

Perfect location; on the promenade and 5 min walk from the ferry port. Very large bathroom, excellent wifi in the room and restaurant, confy beds, English speaking channels ( despite the fact in a few occasion there was no tv signal ) The breakfast was good We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times as well and the food was very good

The bedroom size is a bit small Next door there is derelict building Breakfast was not buffet and it was difficult to know what was on offer as there was not a breakfast menu ( but it was good with omelette / fried eggs, yougurt, fresh juice ). I would say more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel.

Everything about this hotel is a perfection. Bikers welcome!

A fabulous hotel on a brilliant location (Saranda promenade), near the beach, market place, restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel has parking spaces outside, where you can park a car or motorcycle (the owner is a biker too and bikers are welcome). The owner and his staff were excellent, so helpful, polite and friendly. Room was sparkling clean, very cozy and comfortable, the furniture new and modern. The hotel retains standards with comfort beds, super clean rooms and good maintenance! Our room was delightful overlooking the sea. Part of the hotel is also a fantastic restaurant. The hotel owner and his team work incredibly hard and long hours and still remains happy and smiley and always willing to help. The service he and his team provide is incredible, they serve food and drinks super quickly and the quality of the food is amazing too, super tasty. Really impressed. Most definitely the best service in Albania. Thank you so much for our fabulous stay. We will definitely come back again and recommend 100%.

perfect stay in the center of Saranda

located directly in the promenade of Saranda and next to the ferry port. Parking in front of the hotel and breakfast included. They also have a restaurant, that is good. The night we stayed there, there was live music! nice staff! I would definitely recommend it

A pleasant stay

Well located near the port and the bus stop to Butrint, and opposite a beach. Also on the promenade that has many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty but not quite sure what was available. Room was small but nice with an art deco feel. Good balcony for watching the promenade and the boats. Live music in hotel restaurant was great.
