The interior features gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, and an impressive open staircase.The beautiful kitchen is fully-equipped with high end appliances. The living room is well-furnished.
The house has three very comfortable bedroom suites, each with its own full bath and private sitting areas. Two (King-Bed's) bedrooms are on the top floor with beachfront balconies. The third (Queen-Bed) bedroom is on the bottom floor (separate outside entrance) with a private beachfront patio.
Additionally, there is laundry room, library wall, and built-in window seats offering spectacular sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico . A small office is just off the kitchen, with built-in desk.
Internet connection and wireless are included.
The house has outside porches on each floor, furnished with chairs and tables.
The home is three floors. The ground level has a 2-car garage and carport parking for up to 4 cars.
We provide 2 kayaks and assorted beach toys for all ages. Also included are 6 beach chairs, 2-3 beach umbrellas, various floats, and miscellaneous beach activity gear.
There is a private and enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Stayed the week with my family. This is our second year here @ the property. We did get stuck in the tropical storm but made the best out of the situation. The communication is amazing!! Gabriele is amazing and makes sure you have everything needed and you know all info needed for stay! If you do by chance need something she is super quick to respond. The house is amazing and beautiful, steps to the beach and comes with everything needed for a day at the beach. You will have chairs, towels, toys, boards, and much much more. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better property or nicer caretakers/owners!

This was our second year staying in this vacation home. The home is very well cared for and in a great location right on the beach. The main floor is beautiful and spacious--an excellent area for the family to hang-out together. We enjoyed the balconies, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, books/games and beach equipment. The beachfront property is extraordinary. Get location, quite at night and great sunsets. You can walk the beach for miles. Well appointed house with everything you need while on vacation. The beds are comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping. Gabriel does a great job acquainting you with the features and comforts of the property.

We had an absolute wonderful stay at “The Beach House”. The property manager is friendly, thorough and did everything she could to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The house was amazing! Exactly as advertised! The house was super clean and well stocked with anything you might need! You couldn’t ask for a better location, you can walk right out the door and walk into the water. The beach itself is super super clean and quiet, great for a family get away. Also, the host Gabriele is amazing! She makes sure the house has everything needed and decorates the rooms accordingly. She was super super informative about everything needed and was quick to answer any questions! We hope to be back one day!

This property and house was absolutely a gem on the Gulf. The beach is literally in your backyard. The house itself was spotless, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to rent it again next summer. Sunsets were spectacular.

This property truly exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. One of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in and we truly felt at home. Just steps from the beach the house comes equipped with all your beach necessities. Enjoy the mornings and evenings on the large deck, patio or two upper balconies. The check in process is slightly lengthy but the property management is communicative and truly wants you to enjoy your stay! We hope to come back with family for years to come.

I have rented many houses for both our family and our group of friends who we vacation with in Florida each year. This property is by far the cleanest and most well kept I have ever rented anywhere . . . hands down perfection! From beautiful polished floors, a lovely interior, well equiped kitchen to hotel quality bed linens, I cannot say enough. I had spoken to the property manager, Gabriele, a few times prior to our trip since this was a new area for us. She could not have been kinder or more accomodating. After we arrived, she made me feel as though she actually wanted to make sure that our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed to make us more comfortable. She is definitely a gem and we want to come back to this property in part because of her helpfulness and desire to please. Thank you for an amazing vacaiton.

The pictures online don’t do it justice! The house is lovely and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Loved the proximity to the water and beach. My kids loved the house and will definitely vote for a return visit next year! Check-in was easy, the property manager was super accommodating and the weather was perfect! This house and location are even better than the photos which I did not think possible. The house was gorgeous and extremely clean. We had 2 couples in our group but could have brought more with us as there was room in the downstairs suite which was also super nice and clean. We had planned several activities during our week-long stay but ended up spending more time at the house and beach in the backyard as it was too nice to leave. There were also some great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely like to stay here again if we travel with friends or family.

Stayed here for a week. House is super clean with amazing views. Location is pretty convenient. Popular beaches at clearwater and st petes about a 30 min drive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby too.
House has everything you need which was nice we didn't need to worry about bulky items like chairs and beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a celebration of life for our parents and had the luxury of having The Beach House as our home base. It was so easy to go out and do our activities and then come back to this oasis. It was so nice to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the house without lugging a whole days worth of supplies down to the beach. The house is absolutely stunning and offers all of the amenities that you will need. And to top it all off Gabrielle, the property manager, was so helpful and accommodating. Thank you for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime!

This vacation rental is absolutely beautiful and its location perfect. Not only are the owner and property manager helpful, they are friendly and wonderful to work with. They clearly care about the well-being, needs, and comfort of their guests as seen by the home’s condition and cleanliness, well equipped kitchen along with all the little extras, available for their guests personal use. The beach was but a few steps away from the house and the gulf waters daily brought with them a new surprise for us.. dolphins, manatees, a seahorse, sand dollars. All of these things along with the breathtaking views of the sunset from the decks, made this by far the best‘vacation rental experience’ we have ever had which also made for us, one of our best..if not our best..vacation ever!

This house is located on a part of the beach that is beautiful and peaceful. We saw dolphins swimming nearby every day, and enjoyed beach toys and chairs that were provided. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean. Gabriele took pride in ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

The property and location are absolutely stunning! Our family has been vacationing in the Indian Rocks/Shores area for over 30 years and this is definitely one of my top three spots!
The property was extremely nice and clean with wonderful nautical décor. The balconies were absolutely beautiful! The location is right in the middle of many great restaurants and very close to the Johns Pass Boardwalk!
The check in process was a little more involved than any other property we have stayed at previously. The property manager contacted us a couple of times before the rental date and gave my family a 30-45 minute walkthrough the day of check in. We felt that the manager was a little too concerned about what our family planned on doing while visiting. Such as who will be sleeping in what room and if we planned on cooking during our stay. The property manager was very nice and professional but some of the excessive explanation/worrying of working simple appliances, what we planned on doing, etc. can come off a little condescending or distrustful.
The house was absolutely stunning and had ample room for our family. It was probably the most comfortable property we have ever stayed on, with multiple wonderful bay window seats that are perfect for lounging while reading one of the many great books that can be found in the massive library throughout the house! The views of the beach are one of a kind! Parking was not a problem at all. The property comes stocked with almost any beach toy or gear (such as umbrellas, chairs, etc) that a vacationer may need! Unfortunately we did not have a chance to take out the two kayaks that were there, but if we have an opportunity to stay here again, I will make it happen!
For those who have to work while onsite, the WIFI is good. I was able to attend a few conference calls and handle some emails, etc. while onsite with few connectivity issues.
The one suggestion that we would make is to install fans on the balconies. There were two nights where there was virtually no sea breeze and the no-see-ums (some people call them sand fleas) had absolutely tore me up.
I want to thank the property owners and property manager for the opportunity to rent this unit. It was very nice and my entire family absolutely LOVED our stay. We would be honored to come back another year!

We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach with beautiful views. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Make sure you are ok with stairs as checking in and out with lots of baggage can be tiring ;). But overall the house and our stay was great.

This was truly a beautiful home in a great location. The beach was not crowded and we were able to access the beach quickly and easily. The property manager Gabriel met us when we arrived giving us a quick tour around the house and was very helpful and kind. She makes sure the house is spotless before our arrival.

This house is an absolute gem. It was the perfect place for our family. We had my Mother In Law join us and the downstairs bedroom suite was perfect for her to have her own space with a sitting area and kitchenette. The house has unbelievable amenities from spices and all the cookware you will need to the vast amount of books to choose from on the amazing built in bookcases. Not to mention the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys (if you have younger kids). We have typically vacationed in Rosemary Beach but wanted a different experience and this rental did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. The property manager, Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our first family vacation in 3 years.

Like everyone else has said this place is top rated for all the reasons that have already been stated. But what stood out to us was the quality of the home itself. The woodwork was superior and you can tell the owner has spared nothing. I felt that we were in a custom built home with attention to every little piece of trim. We even felt the insulation was quality for the temperature was so easily regulated and it was QUiET. If I was still sleeping and my husband was taking a shower right on the other side of the wall, I couldn’t hear him. The lighting was both warm with all the lovely lamps and effective with the canned lights in the ceilings. Our family has rarely stayed at a place more than once for we like to try new things. We all agreed we WILL rent this place again. Gabriele was very accommodating and answered my phone promptly. Great service. You will not be disappointed.

We come to this area and always get a place (preferably a house) directly on the beach. We were traveling with another couple and found this gem. The great thing about it is if you are traveling with couples, no one feels like they got the "bad" bedroom. All of them were impressive views and nicely appointed. The furniture was much nicer than you usually get from rentals. The view and beach- beyond fabulous. We will definitely be staying her again. The property manager, Gabrielle, made sure we knew the property and was very responsive. Our favorite so far!!!!
