Nice spot on the River
Everything was very clean and kept. The view from the back balconies are great overlooking the river. We had no issues here at all and will definitely return if we visit the area again!

Waterview obstructed by building in screened in porch
Our room was not clean upon our arrival .. we had to call and have it cleaned . My daughter stepped on a small shard of glass in the bathroom .

A beautiful place
We enjoyed our stay! It was well stocked for cooking in and coffee on the screened porch overlooking the water each morning was a highlight! Just to note....no keurig style machine, bring your bulk grinds for the old school coffee maker. We’d definitely stay again!

Can’t wait to go back!!!
The condo was better than I expected. Clean and very nice. Love that it’s beside the boat ramp. Also, we could dock the boat and walk right to our room. Awesome place!! We will be back soon!

Yearly Trip
My daughter and I travel to Carrablelle every year for Tarpon fishing. We have stayed in the group of condos all Manged by Sandy beach. They are always just right.

We love Carrabelle !
We’ve come back to this property several times. Each time we’ve had a great time. The condo could use a new sofa downstairs, a sleeper sofa upstairs in place of the loveseat without a pullout, and a king size bed for the master. We had a couple of routine maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. The view of the river is the best from this condo and any on the resturant side. The resturant is closed and not expected to reopen anytime soon. AYCE crab legs on Thurs at Fathoms is a must! If you catch fish, Fathoms will cook it for you. They blackened two flounder to perfection. My personal favorite spot is the coffee and sandwich shop called Carrabelle Junction. Cash only olde town Carrabelle experience. Food and coffee, pastries all delicious. Short drive over to SGI, short boat ride to Dog Island which we LOVE. People around this town appreciate tourism. Tip well, they need your help!

Riverfront Gem
My wife and I stayed at Flew the Coop for 4 nights this month. Definitely a great place to stay. Great river views, easy access to everything. It was even peaceful and quiet when the next door boat launch was crazy busy with a fishing tournament.
The only caution I would have is that you shouldn’t stay here if you can’t manage the stairways. It’s virtually one room on top of the other.
We will stay again.
