Phoenix 5 Unit #117....This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA beachfront CORNER UNIT has beautiful views from two sides! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Another great feature is that you can park and walk directly into your condo on the first floor...so convenient!

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two queen sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and flat-screened televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Please Note: This condo is located on the first floor which is the parking lot level. However, there is a floor below us with condos located next to the pool. So, you can't walk directly from our balcony to the pool/beach area since you are actually on the 2nd floor!

The property was very nice. Some minor changes could have made it better. We didn't have enough toilet paper or paper towels. There was one roll in each bathroom for 5 people for a week. The pillows need to be updated. Over all we had a really good time and will definitely go back.

Overall, we enjoyed the property! Very clean and everything is updated. Nice amenities! Some caveats - I guess we expected that a first floor unit would lead directly to the beach, but you have to go to the basement to get out. Also, the damaged sliding glass door (no seal and fogged over) really diminished the beach view and made the property seem old. You should bring a book - there’s no streaming services for the evening. Also the parking fee of $55 per car was a little extreme. Still, we would stay again now that we’re aware of what to expect

The property is exactly as pictured. Very clean fully stocked with kitchen items so we were able to cook there. Really enjoyed the table on the balcony to enjoy meals at also. Easy walk to beach, pools, splash pad! Conveniently located to grocery store. Check in was simple. Notes say to stop in at desk upon arrival. We arrived at 5pm and no one was at the desk for a while. No problem though cause the door code already worked so stopped back by desk later on. Only thing we wished were lights in bedroom fans were brighter not a major problem just a preference and the lamps helped add light. Over all very pleased and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!!

The condo was spacious and clean. The views were incredible. Our family utilized the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the splash pad. We plan to return soon!

We really liked Phoenix V. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Only negatives. The bathroom floors were dirty especially behind the doors. And the mattresses were old and needed replacing.

Great property. Well furnished and great communication with the property manager during the rental process. End unit was very quiet and allowed for a much larger sunrise view than other units. Sunset view was a little obscured by the other units of the hotel but still beautiful. We visited during off-season so we were able to get a first come-first serve parking spot directly in front of the unit but otherwise you would have to walk the length of the condo building to get to your unit. Beach access was convenient as there are stairs to the basement directly outside of your unit and you don't have to take the elevator from the lobby if you don't want to. Overall exceptional.

This first floor condo is high enough for an amazing view from the balcony but walks out to the parking lot in the front. Never once had to wait on an elevator! The condo was immaculate. Plenty of hot water for a family of five to take showers AND do laundry. Will stay here again!

This place was perfect for me and my four family members. Very accessible to the beach and to town. We had zero issues staying here. We all slept great and were really happy with all the amenities.

Unfortunately, we were there while balconies were being repaired. This made the use of the balcony impossible and blocked our ocean view. We also had a day where the door had to remain open for fire department check ups. The property overall was great and we loved the sports equipment, clean beach and first floor convenience.

We loved the location. Beach front with beautiful sunrises and moons on the water. Plenty of places close for grocery, souvenirs and places to eat. Fun places to visit with a hour of condo. Captain Skip, Alligator Alley, and the pirate ship. Fun for everyone and if the waters to cold enjoyed the.pool and splash pad

I will likely stay away. Dishes were dirty and pans were quite used with one pan containing egg. Heat was not balanced. Shower produced scalding hot water when a toilet was flushed. Indoor pool was cool temperature. Parking was more than advertised.

Wonderful clean condo with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It's easy to get to without using elevators. Our car was right near the entrance to load and unload our car. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and we loved watching the beautiful sunrise every morning. We used all the amenities available. Great memories were made at this resort and awesome condo 117.

We had a wonderful time. There were 6 adult and 4 children staying at the condo. Plenty of room. The location is great. The kids had fun in the pool area. Short walk to the beach. There are some items that need some attention in the condo. The vacuum hadn’t been emptied in a long time. The dresser in the double room needs some repairs. The sliding door is really hard to open. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

We’ve been staying at the Phoenix condos in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for many years. This unit was one of the nicest, by far! Enjoyed our stay very much!

The condo was nice. The bathrooms could use a facelift and the shower door in the master bath would not slide open and closed. The second bath is very small. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. We had plenty of sleeping space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo is on the ground level- we were able to park right in front and unload. When we walked in the condo it was much bigger than we had imagined! Lots of space. Gorgeous view from the living room and patio area. We all enjoyed just staying on the patio looking at the ocean. The beach was a VERY short walk as well as the indoor pool, outdoor pool and splash pad. The location is PERFECT!!!

The Condo was nice it was right on the beach. The property Manager was easy to get a hold of through email. Didn't love that you had to pay to park as other beach condos I stayed in did not require a parking pass. I also didn't think the condo was super clean. I am a clean freak, we found a shirt behind the dresser as we were cleaning up to leave and under the couch/beds and fan blades were all dusty and dirty. But overall the place was relaxing and a great way to spend a vacation.
