Swimming pool view from balcony

No proper facilities in the activity room. Table tennis board is available with ball, Cricket bat and stumps are available but without ball. Shuttle racket is available without cock. When asked for these things, they did not take an effort to ensure these things.

Waste of money highly expensive for zero service i had paid advance other wise wouldn’t have stayed it was like a dormitory filthy dirty laundry bedspread every thing was untidy Chalet was nothing but a tin portacabin with dirty water sorrounding it

Beautiful architecture, swimmingpool needs being painted! Breakfast for westerners miserable!

Indian breakfast was very good. But of you are westerner then Indian breakfast is not what you really like. For us Westerners the quality of the bread and the jam was American quality, means very bad. This is strange because Auroville with its fantastic bakery is near and also many good jams are available in the supermarkets in Auroville.

Nothing at all. I booked through you but was not given a room on THAT PROPERTY.

Couldn't sleep with lights all around. No phone to reach reception. No one picking up mobile number given. A/c was a bloody joke. No one to clear food tray and cats, crows and other animals. I'd told the reception. I will also talk to the hotel owner

Nice relaxing stay in a lovely environment

We had a Thai cottage and the balcony was over the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was good

Would have liked more choice at breakfast with some european options not just indian. A little way out of Pondicherry but we could have made more of the location than we did. Drinks were the dearest we paid in all of our trip round India. The pool could do with a renovate.

Large rooms. Well located

Pool closes very early. Not sure why a resort has a swimming pool that closes at 6pm. Also the room said queen size beds however the room has at best a single bed. Not comfortable for more than 1 person per room.

The Swimming pool was good, and ambience is maintained well

Budget hotel with very old photos and have low expectations

Location is good, staff is quite helpful and dinner was good. The overall look and feel of the hotel about its location, architecture, layout looks attractive but it is ageing and need urgent renovations

The room has signs of seepage, it was very noisy due to guests upstairs. We needed extra bed and we got only a mattress for extra charges. The facilities were unusable, swimming pool was dirty & filthy, family area was unkept, room and surroundings were unclean. The hotel seriously need renovations and better & Professional management.

Best place to get Refresh

I liked only this place in pondicherry. Enjoyed most of our time in the swimming pool. Relaxed and rejuvenated.

TV wasn't in the cottage and toilet doesn't have the door.
