I was very sick and really appreciated staying there

I was very sick and appreciated all the facilities and heat pump. The bed is great. TV very good

It was a bit short on supplies - just one and bit rolls of toilet paper for five days. The tea bags fell apart and Butter and jam in short supply. But overall excellent and very private and cosy

We had a wonderful stay at this property

A very tidy well equipped unit. Don't be fooled by it's wee size - after all good things come in small packages ! Had everything we needed to be comfortable and we had a great time .

A comfortable place to spend a couple of nights.

A comfortable place to spend a couple of nights. The property has a double bedroom, a shower room with w/c and a separate kitchenette with adjacent seating area. WiFi is good and there is off street parking.

Limited or no natural light in the bedroom and bathroom and despite the elevation no great outlook. Breakfast provided was basic.

It was a very nice comfortable accommodation. We will definitely come back!

Plenty of food to eat for breakfast, warm and cosy, laundry facilities, comfy bed with good quality linens, good sized smart TV, and fast internet connections.

The plug in cooking element works but we couldn't cook anything on it. I boiled water in the cattle first and shifted it into a pot on it to cook noodles, but it didn't come to boil after waiting for 10 minutes. It's quite an old element so needs updating.

A great spot for stay in our holiday!

Breakfast provided was very good and well organized, everything we need is just in that room. The host was very responsive to our questions. Last but not least ...the view from our room was very nice, should've stayed longer to use the BBQ there :)

Very small and to cluttered you have to crank your neck up to watch TV and Being asked to strip the bed empty all the bins I think this is rude. I paid to sleep there not do the cleaners job.

Decent place. No problems.

Quirky accommodation. Good parking and internet. Lovely and clean. Cereal, milk, sliced bread, butter and jam provided for simple continental breakfast.

Not within walking distance of town centre or restaurants bars etc.

Clean unit with good off street parking and heating.

Off street parking was good, easy access to city and transport. Heated towel rack was a nice touch. Breakfast supplies were good and bbq facilities were available.

There was only one window for ventilation available that was located above the bed and it was very close to the road and traffic. Also we couldn’t access the stated washing facilities, Email contact was not forthcoming

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der es an nichts - aber auch gar nichts - fehlte. Es war alles da, was man braucht: von "normaler" Küchenausstattung über Öl/Salz/Pfeffer, Abwaschutensilien, Küchenkrepp bis hin zu Frischhaltefolie und Tücherbox. Auch für's Frühstück war alles da: Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Müslie, Milch. Räume beheizbar, rauchen auf der Terrasse erlaubt, Parkplatz im Grundstück. Innenstadt bei guter Kondition (Rückweg ausschließlich bergan) fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 40- 50 min). Herrlicher Ausblick von der Terrasse! :)

Ich war ein bisschen irritiert, dass wir das Bett abziehen sollten beim Check Out, aber da ansonsten alles so stimmig war, haben wir das gemacht. ;)

Cosy and private with all the little extras to make the stay even better.

I stayed for three nights on a work trip and this was the perfect place. Quiet and peaceful to wind down after meetings, but it felt safe as a solo person and felt homely. This place had all the extra comforts needed and those "small" things made my time there so much easier. There were good breakfast options and was well worth the money. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fun property and outside seating area a bonus also close proximity to bus stop. Very easy access coming from the south.

super comfy bed and overall accommodations!! weather didn’t cooperate so unfortunately wasn’t able to spend time enjoying the lovely views from the deck.

Cute, quirky, warm & cosy in great location

Very well equipped with plenty of breakfast options provided (make sure you check the fridge and cupboards before visiting the supermarket as everything you need is supplied). Very warm and cosy with good heating, lovely bathroom with good shower. Bed & pillows are comfortable. Nice big screen TV on bracket that can be moved for different viewing positions. Convenient location that is handy to town and close to good dining options, supermarket, bakery, etc. Despite being a reasonably busy road, we found the unit very quiet.

Only down side for me was no power point in the bathroom but there is a double power point in the bedroom which is close to a mirror however the lighting makes it hard to see in the mirror (just because I'm used to good lighting when drying & styling my hair).
