The hotel is set amongst lovely grounds and had a range of accommodation options.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious.
We enjoy walking and luckily had good weather so were able to walk to the village of Bray where there are some great pubs. Windsor was a short Uber ride away.

Faultless. The staff are absolutely superb: Friendly, helpful, professional. The location is gorgeous, the food excellent, the room amazing (Wedgewood Suite) and everything about our stay was 5 star.

Quiet, had sufficient facilities and helpful staff
Noisy bathroom extractor fan could not be turned off. Breakfast cost was ridiculous, bar prices too high for standard product (your loss, Bray’s gain) as was automatically adding 10% service charge for serving a drink ie a bottle out of the fridge! :(

The staff are great at is the location
It’s not a spa hotel even though it advertises as it is. There’s no stream room/sauna, pool or leisure facilities. We traveled 210 miles for a spa weekend and were very disappointed. It’s very very very expensive so food or drinks are a fortune.

Lovely location on the Thames.
The room was a little on the small side but very well equipped.

Proximity to Heathrow and felt away from it all with a very attractive riverside location
Little hard to find and the breakfast was good however not 5* and there was quite an odour at times which was recognised by staff with humidifiers going and scented candles abound in the main building.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, from Aslan to Jose, and everyone else. Super clean, great food, beautiful venue, perfect to unwind away from busy London - will definitely be back soon!!

The bar and restaurant
Tiny rooms , no mirror in bedrooms , uncomfortable beds , noisy pipes , bad smells , management who could not help , £40 per head breakfast with poor products especially the cheap value range orange juice , theft of apple air pods stolen from room which we tracked around Oxford and east London

We had a fantastic stay - the grounds are absolutely stunning and very well maintained. The staff are all very nice and attentive. We received an upgrade for our anniversary which was very kind. The rooms are cosy and very clean with everything you might need, we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, mini fridge, and robes. We only wished we had booked extra nights. Don't hesitate and book!

It’s a truly unique hotel with wonderfully welcoming staff. We were let down by another hotel last minute and this was a much better substitute.

Nothing not to like - all wonderful!

Beautiful grounds, had great drinks and supper at bar. Loads of character!!
The rooms are very "compact". Comfy etc., but not a lot of space. Was not super easy to find our rooms. we had to ask twice.

Staff were really great
It's primarily a weekend wedding venue, so midweek stays feel a bit empty. Watch where you're walking in the grounds - geese keep the grass well-fertilized!

Absolutely beautiful grounds, lovely rooms and friendly staff.
Really loved the lounge and coffee making facilities in the main building, really convenient and relaxing for sitting out in the morning without going to the main bar.

Everything except the goose poop. But even that can’t take away from the beauty of the place and the excellent staff.
Goose poop spoiling the lawns. They are doing everything they can to remove the problem but it isn’t easy.

Beautiful location and grounds.
The furniture in the room did not fit the small space making it difficult to move around.
