This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property.

A beautiful comfortable Villa. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for our family holiday. The pool area and gardens were great. Lots of different seating areas. We made good use of the barbecue. We all loved the garden room with a long table seating twelve. Perfect for family meals. I would recommend hiring a car. The nearest beach was just a short drive, 11 kilometres of golden sand with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. Along the coast road you will find little bays with turquoise sea and beautiful scenery. There were a choice of supermarkets just a short drive away. We had a lovely week. It just goes too quickly.

Super mooie en verzorgde villa!
We wisten niet wat we zagen toen we aankwamen. Wat een super mooie en verzorgde villa, boven verwachting! Alles was netjes en schoon, de villa was van alles voorzien. In de tuin een mooi zwembad met geluidsinstallatie buiten. Dus heerlijk buiten zitten/zonnen met een lekker muziekje. Ignazio was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij stond altijd voor ons klaar! We hebben het super naar ons zin gehad!

Amazing Villa
We stayed at this wonderful villa for a week in August. It was everything we hoped for. By far the favourite aspect was the garden, plenty of places for sunbathing or reading in the shade. The pool was clean and used multiple times every day and the table tennis provided some healthy competition.
The house has everything you need and was very comfortable. The air conditioning was a real bonus - it was very hot!
Ignazio was very responsive all emails answered quickly and he made sure everything was in order when we arrived.
I would say a car was necessary the house is slightly off the beaten track which was perfect for creating a real sense of tranquility but the car was needed to stock up at the local supermarket and drive out in the evenings for dinner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this amazing villa and hope we will visit again.

***** Einfach genial!!! *****
Wir haben die Villa mit 6 Personen für 10 Tage gebucht und sind bis heute restlos begeistert. Das Haus, die Ausstattung, der Vermieter - alles ist einfach top und entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Die ruhige Lage ist unbezahlbar. Die ganze Anlage lädt zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Es gibt genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man mal Ruhe vor der Gemeinschaft haben will. Der einzige, aber durchaus verschmerzbare und nicht vermisste Punkt wäre, dass es kein deutsches TV gibt. Sky ist auf italienisch und meist auch in englisch verfügbar.
Wir sind die 10 Tage wunderbar ohne TV ausgekommen, haben zusammen gekocht, haben diverse, von Ignazio vorgeschlagene, Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht und das herrliche Wetter in der großzügigen Gartenanlage der Villa genossen. Meine beiden Kinder sind nach dem Urlaub Tischkicker- und Tischtennis-Experten :-) und die gesamte Familie ist wieder ein Stück näher zusammen gerückt. Alles Dank dieses wundervollen Anwesens und der sehr guten Betreuung durch Ignazio.
Uns allen war wichtig, richtig entspannen zu können und das haben wir hier erreicht. Alle Daumen nach oben für diesen schönen Platz. DANKE IGNAZIO!

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer traumhaften Oase
Eine wunderbare Villa mit einem wirklich riesigem Anwesen ganz privat und in ruhiger Lage, perfekt für Leute die ein erholsamen Urlaub ohne Nachbarn und viel Trubel suchen ....es ist auch nicht wirklich weit bis Quartu oder Cagliari aber ein Auto braucht man schon.
Das Haus, die Ausstattung und vorallem der riesige Garten hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen...ich würde sagen besser als die Bilder und Beschreibung...das ganze Anwesen ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und hat eine sehr gehobener Ausstattung. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und sonst ist der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle.
Der Besitzer Ignazio ist ein sehr umgänglicher, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann der auch immer einige Tips zu vielen umliegenden Restaurants und Stränden hat.
Auf jeden Fall ist das Haus von meiner Seite sehr zu empfehlen und ich würde es jederzeit gerne wieder beziehen.

Pace e intimità in un contesto molto curato
Abbiamo goduto del posto con i nostri due grandi cani ed è stata una vacanza davvero fantastica: la casa è bel curata e molto pulita, dotata di ogni confort, e Ignazio è sempre stato un ospite più che disponibile, sempre presente e al contempo discreto. La posizione è strategica e tornare dopo le giornate al mare in questa location riservata e intima è sempre davvero piacevole. Sicuramente da tornarci!

Bellissima Casa per una piacevole vacanza
Quest'anno io e la mia famiglia (+altre 8 persone con bambini) abbiamo scelto Villa Graziosa per le nostre vacanze estive. E' una struttura bellissima e grande che consente, a chi la occupa, la massima privacy. Il signor Ignazio è una persona molto attenta, disponibile e discreta che ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno particolarmente piacevole e confortevole. Pulizia e comfort non sono mancate :)

Ein perfektes riesiges Haus
Ein sehr großes, schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Das Haus ist technisch sehr gut verarbeitet und auch sehr gut gepflegt, es ist sehr sauber und hat ein hohes Ausstattungsniveau. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und haben alle bequeme Doppelbetten. Küche und Wohnbereich waren mit vielen neuen und modernen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet ( Themomix, Spielekonsolen, WiFi, u.v.m.). Der riesige Gartenbereich mit Pool war das beste. Der Garten und die Pflanzen sind sehr gut gepflegt, alles ist richtig grün und nichts verbrannt. Der Pool und die Anlage wurden jeden morgen fast geräuschlos und unbemerkt vom Hausbesitzer gereinigt. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich, nett und sehr hilfsbereit, durch seine kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie regionales Gemüse und Wein das er uns ein paar mal gebracht hatte und da wir ein Rollstuhlfahrer bei uns hatten und er für ihn extra mehrere Auffahrrampen für Treppenstufen gebaut hat, haben wir uns in seinem Haus sehr Wohl und Willkommen gefühlt.
Alles im allen ein Perfektes Haus für ein perfekten Urlaub, ich geh auf jeden fall wieder hin.

Everything about the Villa was perfect and we had a great holiday here. You will definitely need a car as there is not much within walking distance, but if you plan on seeing more of Sardinia and Cagliari then both are easily accessible from the villa.

Die Beschreibung zur Villa mit Ausstattung und ruhiger Lage passt sehr gut. Sehr schöne Villa mit toller, gepflegter Außenanlage, viel Platz ideal für 2 Familien mit Kindern.
Zum Erkunden der schönen Buchten benötigt man ein Auto, Supermärkte in der Nähe, Parkplätze sind auf dem gut gesicherten Grundstück vorhanden.
Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und bei Problemen sofort vor Ort. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
Sehr empfehlenswert.

Spendido soggiorno a villa graziosa!
Io e i miei amici sia appena ritornati dopo aver soggiornato una settimana a villa graziosa. Che dire? Assolutamente straordinaria!! La vila si presenta esattamente come dalle foto. Completa di ogni confort e servizio. Molto comoda per dieci e più persone. Un giardino con piscina e veranda che non vorresti mai lasciare. Un ringraziamento particolare da tutti noi ad Ignazio, persona di eccezionale cortesia e professionalità. Siamo Certi che ripeteremo presto questa bellissima esperienza.

MERAVIGLIOSA!
Villa Graziosa è meravigliosa: ha tutto ciò che si può sognare ed immaginare per trascorrere dei meravigliosi giorni di relax, immersi in un comfort senza precedenti, e nella tranquillità a pochi passi comunque da tutti i servizi (centro abitato, centro commerciale, supermercato, ecc.)
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa in 11: 3 famiglie, di cui 6 adulti, 4 bambini di 6-8 anni e 1 bambino di 2. Spazi, giochi, necessità e comfort adatti a tutti.
I bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo la piscina - sempre pulita - e il ping pong con il calcio balilla. Gli adulti hanno goduto dell'enorme veranda e della lunga parte di giardino con gazebo e divani, nonché del comodissimo barbecue in muratura.
Il proprietario è una persona squisita: disponibile e preciso e i servizi ottimi nella qualità e nella pulizia.
Speriamo di poterci tornare l'anno prossimo!

Stupenda!
Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla bellezza della struttura, infatti la proprietà si presenta in modo ancor più suggestivo di quanto appaia nelle immagini. Il tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, dall'arredamento degli interni alla disposizione degli elementi in giardino; al nostro arrivo la villa era perfettamente pulita e in ordine. Il nostro era un gruppo di nove persone (4 adolescenti e 5 adulti) ed ognuno ha trovato lo spazio adatto per rilassarsi e divertirsi; è una villa dotata di ogni comfort (elettrodomestici, aria condizionata, cassaforte, impianto stereo anche in giardino, giochi all'aperto, ...). Con i proprietari, persone molto disponibili e precise, abbiamo avuto ottimi rapporti; ci hanno fornito informazioni utili per trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo villa Graziosa a chiunque ami la tranquillità e il desiderio di trascorrere una vacanza in una casa di pregio.

Ignacio is the owner,he is is friendly and attentive with his guest and maintains the house , the garden, the pool in perfect conditions, as you shown in the photos. He also takes care of the pool every day.
Everything is very clean and well equipped for a group of people in the house.
The house is very close to Cagliari city and also near supermarkets, pubs, bar areas, but you'll need a car, but car is necessary if you want to visit Sardinia.
We spent a wonderful holiday in this house.
