The hotel is very close to the city center, in a quite zone. The structure is appropriate and well-organized. My room was under the roof, big enough, with spacious closet and nice bathroom.
1) There is only a window on the roof, which cannot be left open; I suppose that there are rooms with normal windows (perhaps more expensive)
2) The air conditioned system is centralized; to adjust it, one has to ask the reception, not very comfortable

Affordable , clean rooms in Segovia’s historic centre. Nice breakfast.
Our room was half underground.

Great location and friendly staff.
Very difficult to park a full sized car

The staff were lovely and there was underground parking on site (for a fee). Breakfast was good. The location is excellent, halfway between the Roman Bridge and the Alcazar.
The room, while large, was strangely furnished with two desks but only one chair. We had no individual control over the air conditioning, that was managed by the receptionist.

Location is very good, walking distance to castle, cathedral, aqueduct. Staff is very helpful. Clean room and the hotel. Very good breakfast. easy to get to the hotel by car (sometimes in the old cities, it is not so easy).
FYI. I saw that people were complaining about size of parking garage, but since I have hunday i20, I did not have the problems.
Fridge did not work, but since I did not complain, I cannot blame the hotel for that. I really liked the hotel.

Good performance for the price charged...
Very helpful and sincere staff, always looking for solutions...
Efficient check in/out...
Room was large enough for two, bathroom was large and clean...
Breakfast wss sufficient with fruit alternatives and good coffee...
Hotel is at the entrance of the old town, at a quiet corner.
The hotel seems to reduce its star rating from 4 to a lower level as they are welcoming students during winter. A little more care may reveal better welcome to guests.
Difficult to find parking slot during the week days...

Great location, very helpful staff. Garage on site a plus. Great breakfast
Room quality not great, needs updating

Environment is incredibly in an historic city. Being in the centre means is close to everything. Great breakfast, everything with quality. Clean and comfortable room.
Would recomend.
Tight parking spaces, if you have a large car is not easy to maneuver but it is possible.

We liked that the location was not in the old city center and yet within a short walking distance. My sister thoroughly enjoyed the impressive spread and variety for breakfast. I appreciated the large bed and the exceptional service from Antonia (Toni) and Carla, those two were most helpful and accomodating to our needs.
Not being able to regulate the air conditioner, either on or off would have been appreciated. Running all night... The pillows could be more comfortable and having extra in the closet, also the metal headboard is not a good selection in my opinion

Hotel in beautiful old building. The lady at the reception was so nice! Since the hotel parking was full she told us where to park and then even came to check if it was ok!
The location is very good - easy to reach by car and you can easily walk to the sights and restaurants.
The breakfast buffet could have more choices. Different cheeses? Not just white bread.

Staff were very friendly and on the days when breakfast was available, it was excellent.
Car park access is very awkward and Post Office sorting office next door was very busy.

The location was superb. The staff very friendly and helpful.
The pillows on the bed were long thin and uncomfortable. The fridge in the room was also noisy.
