Habitación amplia y muy limpias. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de escaleras mecánicas que te suben directamente al centro.

Mala insonorización, se oye todo lo que pasa alrededor (incluso cuando el huésped de la habitación de al lado va al baño)

Habitaciones limpias, las vistas al alcázar, la amplitud de la habitación

El tema del parking, el personal no dejó claro que no se podía reservar plaza de parking, unos decían que sí y otros que no. Encontrar aparcamiento el día del Corpus fue un poco complicado

A localização é muito boa, perto da escada rolante que leva ao centro histórico. O fato de ter estacionamento próprio também é muito bom. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, os quartos e banheiros são grandes e atuais.

O excesso de barulho no quarto ao lodo até 1h da manhã (reunião de um grupo de pessoas aparentemente comemorando algo), foi o único problema que tivemos.

De airconditioning ging ‘s avonds uit want het koelde af al dus de receptie. Ik kon een raam open doe voor de koele lucht. Ik had geen raam maar een balkondeur. Een gedeeld balkon. Geen veilig idee om ‘s nachts een deur open hebt staan naar een balkon waar een andere kamer ook toegang tot heeft.

Práctico y funcional

Bien situado. Está junto a la estación de autobuses y a menos de 10 minutos de las escaleras mecánicas que conducen a Zocodover. Las vistas eran buenas desde otras zonas del hotel, pero no desde nuestra habitación. Las habitaciones son correctas, climatizadas y equipadas con lo esencial pero echamos de menos algún cajon en las mesillas. La cama es cómoda.

Lo peor el desayuno: el salon es demasiado pequeño para los huespedes y tuvimos que hacer cola para desayunar, esperando una mesa libre. Ademas, las mesas para servirse estaban tambien colapsadas, habia una sola maquina de cafe... Nos quedamos a desayunar porque habiamos pagado por esa opción, pero no lo recomiendo

Schönes großzügiges Hotel am Stadtrand von Toledo

Sehr schönes Hotel am Fuße der Altstadt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im 3. Stock mit großem Balkon. Toledo-Altstadt einfach fußläufig erreichbar (Rolltreppe zur Altstadt 200m entfernt). Bett war echt groß und sehr bequem. Bad sehr geräumig und modern, große Dusche.

Toll wäre die Möglichkeit zur Kaffee- oder Teezubereitung auf dem Zimmer. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist mit Verkehrslärm zu rechnen.

A hotel with potential if they can fix their customer service, a/c issues and foul sewer smell.

The room was large, there was an amazing breakfast buffet, and secure parking onsite.

The man who checked us in at the front desk acted like we were a huge inconvenience and his attitude was bad. The a/c in our room did not work and our bathroom had a foul sewer smell.

Hotel limpio en un sitio muy adecuado para ver el centro, muy cerca de las escaleras automáticas. Cerca de un parking gratuito (un poco más abajo) y zona azul con precios muy asequibles. Desayuno completo Amabilidad del personal

A lovely relaxing short stay. Wish we could have has more nights.

Lovely hotel in a great location near to the sights of Toledo. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, Clean bathroom with free toiletries etc. Our room had a large balcony with views of some of Toledo. Easy to find. Free car park across the road. Great breakfast, very tasty and lots of choice.

Ideal for the purpose

Our stay was only one night because we were traveling, but this hotel was the correct choice. When compared to others, the price/quality seemed the best. The room was spacious, modern and the bed really comfortable and big. Others complain about the internet, but in my room (112) I had no issues. The location is ideal, because it is just outside the walls to the old town and thus away from all the confusion, but still close to get there walking.

The parking was definitely the worst thing. It is cramped, the corners are very tight and some parking spots just impossible to park in. All this with a small car. If I had a sedan or something similar, I would have had a lot more issues.

Perfect location for us, very clean modern hotel

The room was a good size and very clean, big comfy bed. We only had breakfast one night but it was good. I think it is more of a business hotel, it was easy to get into the centre, very close to the escalator.

Fantastic hotel great location in Toledo

The hotel is very modern and very clean. The staff are great we had a great welcome. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms spacious and clean. The hotel bar is very good and the staff very friendly. The food is the cafeteria good value . Had a great stay

Nice large room with modern amenities. While not in the old town, it was close to the escalators that take you up to the old town Toledo is a must visit.

Excellent location. Easy to get to with secure parking. Taxi rank at front of hotel. 400 metres from tour bus stop and only a little more to the escalator up to the old town. Will return
